I am a free lance Personal Trainer, based mainly in and around Cardiff, running most of my sessions at St Davids Hotel Marine Spa. I am passionate and enthusiastic about changing peoples lives for the better through exercise and nutrition. I previously obtained a Sport and Exercise Science degree after a three year course.

kier has his work cut out with me as I am not the most dedicated of people when it comes to exercise. However he makes every session fun and sets me realistically goals to achieve so every time I leave a session I feel like I've done really well and it drives you on to keep going. Been training with Kier for a few months now after entering into the competition he put on and since then he's helped me see fitness and nutrition in a new light. He helped me change my lifestyle and my way of thinking about how to look after my body while also boosting my self confidence. Looking forward to more training and reaching my goals.
If your looking to change for the better, this is the place to start! 5/5 would recommend.

I started training with Kier at the beginning of January with the aim to lose body fat, before this I have never been enthusiastic about exercise or understood its importance properly. Even after just 2 months I can honestly say that my perspective has completely changed. I don't find exercise boring anymore as Kier is always mixing up the sessions and keeps things fun. Not only now do I enjoy going to the gym and setting myself goals to achieve, but I'm gaining an understanding of why certain things are important and the benefits they have. The nutrition plans set are brilliant, I've made a total lifestyle change for the better, I've made some good progress so far and I'm looking forward to the rest of my sessions to see what I can achieve. I would recommend to anyone who wanted to tone up a bit, loose some weight or just wanted to better some goals :) More...

I've throughly enjoyed training with Kier over the past few months (something I never thought I'd say about fitness!) I was nervous about deciding to go for a personal trainer but Kier instantly put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. He came up with a great training plan for me to help me achieve my goals. His nutritional advice really helped me change the way I think about food and has given me so much more energy. I honestly couldn't recommend Kier highly enough, he's brilliant! More...

Kier is a great motivator setting great achievable goals but testing challenges. I have always been drinking end by weight loss and food bit I must say I'm now making healthy choices and loving 6 week weights and measures. Everyone is commenting on how my shape is changing and how great I look. My favourite achievement so far is my new love of running! Funny be a useful I have always hated it. Kier takes our weekly hockey fitness sessions and we have all found we have increased fitness, strength and agility that we can take forward into our training sessions and games. As a result I came to Kier after getting bogged down with my usual routines in the gym. Kier has adapted my techniques and given me a new routine to work on as well as increasing my knowledge of nutrition. He is a great motivator and was very personable when I explained what I wanted out of my workouts. As a Physiotherapist I have worked with Olsen Fitness for the last few years and we collaborate on a lot of our clients especially those with problems that are impeding their fitness performance or goals. The Olsen team are extremely professional, strive for the very best for each client and go that extra mile for every individual which is a breath of fresh air. Olsen Fitness pride themselves on being the best at what they do and their record shows they are punching above their weight when it comes to delivering for their clients. All of this has a lot to do with the man at the helm, Kier, who has forged a great reputation and is forming a team that are fantastic. Couldn't run at all before I started attending sessions with Kier due to a dodgy knee and non existent stamina. Also had gained weight and was feeling fat and fed up. Kier designed a programme to strengthen my knee, improve my overall fitness levels and generally tone me up. I now go out running on a regular basis and love it. Feeling fitter than I have for years. I've only been training with Olsen Fitness for a couple of months but in this short space of time my attitude towards fitness & healthy eating has been transformed! Kier's enthusiasm & inspirational attitude is a breath of fresh air to all PT I have used previously. Having known Kier for years, i thought id entrust him to kick me in shape, granted these things take time but i cannot say enough good things about him, motivates you when you need it and listens when he needs to. the man is a legend, granted i've wanted to hit him a few times when the tough gets going, but as he keeps reminding me, no pain no gain.

Working along with Kier to freshen up my training routines, gather some new ideas and generally have someone keep an eye on my progress. ..
Couldn't be happier with the work we've done together so far, excited for the next chapter!
He's taken a serious interest in my progress to keep on top of targets, whether it be through the training programmes itself or nutrition advice, he's been a great help!
Can't thank him enough and would recommend to anyone wishing to see noticeable improvements in fitness, shape, health and overall well being!

Kier is a great ambassador for fitness and healthy living and has been influential in increasing fitness levels and improving technique for Whitchurch Hockey Club.

I have been impressed by his group sessions, which then made me book individual sessions with tailored workouts specifically for my goals and for the sport I play.

He is very professional in his approach, will adapt within sessions depending on how I get on with the drills and is very motivating.

I would recommend Olsen Fitness for anyone looking to improve their wellbeing, improve times for specific races or for tailored fitness for team sports.

Looking forward to seeing how my sessions make my hockey better!

Only recently I've joined Kier's bootcamp and have been going twice a week. My fitness I can see already has improved, bootcamp is also a lot of fun and varies each time. Been going to the morning bootcamp sessions for only a few weeks now and although I am asthmatic and have relatively poor fitness, I am seeing great improvements! Kier is brilliant at motivating me and is very understanding and accommodating. The group is great too, very helpful and keen to help the newbies � 10/10 would recommend. More...

I started training with Kier at the end of 2016 at boot camps before starting PT in January 2017. One year on and my fitness has improved drastically and I’ve seen a weight loss of around 5kg. Kier has taught me so much about hiit training and weights, when I would usually stick to cardio in my workouts. The boot camps are great fun too with a really friendly bunch �

Kier is always on hand to help, and has written me two bespoke training plans which has helped me to stay motivated and focussed through the year � I couldn’t recommend more!

I have been coming to Olsen Fitness for the past four months and during that time I have seen a massive increase in fitness but more importantly, confidence.
My main goals were to get over my phobia of gyms and he has!
My eating habits have changed dramatically and I'm feeling so much better in myself.
I would highly recommend Kier to anyone. I have worked with many personal trainers and he is far the best.
