Matt trains me and my partner on a weekly basis! The training sessions are super motivating, he makes me try x10 harder than I do on my own. I have been training with Matt for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be happier!Matt has helped me achieve the impossible in my eyes, I lost the weight I wanted and more, I've got a body that is stronger and healthier than before I had my 4 daughters and most importantly I now have confidence in myself again! I got in touch with Matt through a Friend who he was training and from the moment we met he was totally dedicated to your needs and fitness goal. Around 18 months ago I decided I needed to do more that just the odd run and having never used a 'Gym' before decided help was required. I researched some local Personal Trainers and found Matt via some excellent testimonials I read. Matt has a very calm, down to earth approach and is very personable. The plans he develops encompass both nutrition and fitness, forming the foundation of your journey. I first went to see Matt over a year ago after getting considerably out of shape. As soon as I walked in Matt made me feel at ease and discussed with me what results I wanted and how we would tackle it. He got an exercise and food plan drawn up and the results started coming thick and fast over the coming weeks with my body changing dramatically.Training with Matt is never boring as he constantly switches routines around and makes adjustments to aim for that end goal. Ive been training with Matt now for a few months and i haven't looked back at all. i had been training myself for quite a few years but needed to change something as i wasn't getting any decent results. the main thing for me was for having someone to tell me what i should be eating and when. Matt is very knowledgeable and doesn't hold anything back. he wants you to get results and is very pro active is making contact with you outside of your sessions to see how you are doing. Q&As

Every New Client will receive a Tailor made Nutrition and Exercise Plan, taking into consideration any current injuries or medical concerns.

Throughout our time training together we will continuously discuss your progress and make regular changes to your diet and training when necessary.

We will set new short term goals in order to help stay motivated.

Consistency: I always say to my clients that consistancy is the key to getting in fantastic shape and staying in shape. Being 70% good all of the time is much more effective than being 100% good for just a few weeks and then falling off the wagon again. I encourage my clients to find that work - life balance. If you eat healthy foods and train throughout the week then you can most certainly get away with a nice treat or two with your loved ones at the weekend. Make training and nutrition part of your lifestyle rather than a phase you go though once or twice a year.

Train specific: Whatever your goal is make sure you have a plan in place to help you achieve it. For example if your goal is to increase muscle then you wouldn't be focusing on doing 5 spin classes a week you would be focusing more on weight training. Often people get stuck in a rut with training so make sure you consistently change your routines around in order to progress and avoid boredom. The same goes for your nutrition. Everybody is different, which is why all of my clients receive a tailored nutrition and training plan specific to their goals.

The thing I love most about my Job is when I see one of my clients progress. A lot of my clients initially walk through the door not liking the way they look, low in confidence and often not in good health. It is an amazing feeling for me when I witness somebody achieve there goal and often even more than they could have imagined. Whether it be to lose 10lbs, run a half marathon, or to simply come off there Blood Pressure medication I do my best to ensure every client achieves what they set out to achieve.

After Many Years Travelling the world and working in London's Top Health Club, my wife and I were expecting our first child so decided to move back closer to Family. It is here I set up Matt Hall Fitness.

After Travelling the world as a Personal Trainer and working with many different people from all walks of life I believe I have aquired the skills and experience to help people with all types of Health and Fitness Goals.

I believe Personal Trainers should deliver far more than just the hour or two there clients pay for each week. By this I mean Personal Trainers should be there for there clients as a lifestyle coach and mentor rather than just somebody who beasts them in the gym for a month or two.

I like to build a relationship with my clients so that if they ever need any advice or support at any time of the week I am only a phone call away.

Delivering exceptional service is something I pride myself on as a Personal Trainer. Not everybody has the same Goal which means every individual needs are different. This is what I take in to consideration when designing all my clients programmes.

I practice what I preach and I am a strong believer that in order to give any advice on how to live a healthy lifestyle you have to be doing it yourself.
