When I first met Chris and Sophie I was underweight, overtraining, in poor physical health and in a horrible place mentally. With their knowledge, expertise, kindness and patience they've helped me to learn that there's more to life than being skinny and being ruled by the number on a scale and that my health and happiness are worth so much more. Now I'm strong, empowered, loving training more than ever and I'm definitely not skinny and sad anymore. Chris has been training me since 2008 and we currently train once a week. Chris has continually set goals for us to meet and has created programmes to meet these goals. These programmes always take into account my current personal and work commitments. This has included keeping me motivated to undertake training despite long days at work and periods of illness, when mind over matter has been essential to get me out of the house. I aim to train with Chris for as long as he is willing to listen to my groaning and my body allows!
