In both Chris and Sophie Slomka you will find knowledgable competent top class training. Always looking to challenge and improve their selves. They learn new ways of training and give advice and programs for diet. If you want a PT who is going to look at their phone and teach you poor technique, find someone else. Sophie was instrumental in motivating me into changing my life choices for the better. Everyone has different goals when it comes to personal fitness, I started training with Oli over a year ago in a bid to lose the baby weight from my second child and generally tone up. What I achieved with Oli's help was far more than this!
I have a long standing health issue with Rheumatoid Arthritis which not only did Oli take the time to research thoroughly, he also makes sure I never do anything that may cause further damage. With Oli's continued support I have managed to go from being in constant excruciating pain to leading a much more normal healthy life with little RA flares.
I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own.
My overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time, within a month I had visibly lost weight, gained definition was eating more healthily, felt more energetic and looked better with a much better posture.

Each workout is tailored to you, to you can achieve exactly what you have discussed. I have learnt so much from Oli, he is willing to share his expert knowledge and answer any questions you come up with. His tips on nutrition are excellent and his dedication is clear. Oli is committed and inspirational…and I can’t recommend him enough!

These guys have completely changed my life! I've been working with Optimal Strength for the past 5 years and in that time they've helped me to become stronger and healthier in both my body and mind. I use sound fundamentals, proven to work, no fads or attention seeking exercises to get social media likes. I believe that proper strength training with energy system work gets the best results and is the most measurable. This involves variables of: exercise selection, the number of reps, tempo, intensity and rest intervals. This allows training to illicit the desired outcome.
