I have been working with Aaron since August. Having tried gyms, I realised I wasn’t achieving my goals at any level, and didn’t really know what I was doing. Aaron has changed that, and I know feel more confident, and working steadily towards my goals-low weight loss/body fat, toning and strengthening. Mainly, Aaron’s training has completely changed my mind set, especially regarding food/nutrition. His approach is holistic, focusing on lifelong maintenance, with positive constructive feedback, person centred. On the fun side-friendly atmosphere, and I enjoy going. I've been training with Aaron for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made. My main fitness goal was to put on some weight, and Aaron has been instrumental in helping me achieve that.

From day one, he took the time to understand my goals, my body type, and my limitations. He has created a customised workout and nutrition plan that's not only effective but also sustainable.

One thing I truly appreciate is his dedication to my progress. He constantly tracks my performance, adjusts my workouts as needed, and provides valuable guidance on nutrition to support my weight gain.

What sets Aaron apart is his knowledge and passion for fitness. He explains the science behind each exercise and the importance of proper nutrition, which has helped me make more informed choices outside of our training sessions.

I would highly recommend Aaron!

I chose Aaron as I wanted to avoid busy gyms and wanted to generally improve on self-confidence. From the very first time I spoke to him, he has listened, understood my needs and has been very easy to communicate with. He is motivating and encouraging whilst ensuring the exercises and programme is enjoyable, challenging and most importantly…safe. He’s very knowledgable and knows his stuff. He’s accessible outside of the sessions too and is always willing and happy to help. He genuinely wants to support you to be the best you can be. Aaron is professional, knowledgeable, safe & focused with excellent people skills. Since starting my training (4 months now), I have lost weight (one dress size smaller ie size 14 to 12).
I've found Aaron's knowledge of the Muscular System to be first rate, which has helped isolate problem areas and formulate specific training sessions to target & strenthen them.
I love the tailored sessions because I see results each week. I train in the gym once a week, and train at home 3 times a week as well as walking 30mins (@160bpm) 5 days a week. I don't find the sessions overwhelming as your personal plan has been carefully thought out.
Aaron's sessions are enjoyable & challenging. I've found that Aaron has the ability to find good solutions to any issues that comes to light during training. So far, there hasn't been a question Aaron has been unable to answer.
I've also had help with meal plans.
The gym has a good range of equipment, is clean with showers & toilet.
I feel confident working with Aaron and I know as long as I'm consistent in sticking to the training sessions I will continue to meet my goals.

Aaron has coached and programmed me, specifically for Powerlifting, for over 4 years. Aaron has not only coached me to my first ever National Level Powerlifting Championship, he has also given me a good understanding of the fundamental elements of lifting heavy weights. This ranges from the use of RPE, RIR and the mechanics of lifting. Over the years Aaron and I have built a good working relationship and friendship. The initial consultation and screening allows me to get a clearer picture of exactly what the client is looking for. Planning is everything from there, making sure the programming, and nutrition fits the lifestyle of the client.

There is no secret, it's correct planning on my part and a good working relationship between me and the client.

I love the fact that I am able to help people everyday, it's very rewarding. Im very fortunate to be in an industry that requires you to constantly challenge what you think you know on a daily bases.

I have ran my own business since I started in the industry over ten years ago. I find being a freelance Personal Trainer allows me to be versatile in my approach and training methods.

I have over a decade of experience. In that time I have been very lucky to work with an incredible wide variety of hard working clients that have enabled me to challenge what I think I know daily bases. Self development has and still is a big part of my career, constantly keeping me occupied in my spare time learning and developing new skills as a coach.

Yes, I currently work with clients remotely online. I check in with my clients on a weekly bases, design programmes, and provide nutrition support for them.
