I was looking for a personal trainer to help me lose weight as this is something I’ve always tried to do but never seen results. Mondli was excellent in showing me what workouts to do and the correct way to do them allowing me to finally see results in the gym. He explains each and every exercise and why we do it and how it benefits us. I’ve always had very less knowledge and confidence in the gym and in these sessions I’ve gained both immensely. He also gave me great nutrition advice and how to maintain a diet that will assist me in the gym. Aside from his excellent knowledge and advice in and out the gym, Mondli is a very friendly dude and makes each session enjoyable whilst still pushing you to your full potential.
