My name is Matt, and I am a online health coach, personal trainer, and registered qualified counsellor.

I am currently offering 50 minute online health coaching sessions, to help support individuals struggling with their goals. They consist of exercise and nutrition advice, exercise demos and prescription.

The training sessions I have are absolutely excellent. Each one is tailored to my particular needs for example if I have an ache or a pain then we will include exercises that will always fix it. I have learnt how to be self motivated for exercise as well as get great benefit for the sessions themselves. I do find the sessions therapeutic and holistic as I also manage to talk through an awful lot of issues and find Matt extremely helpful and wise More...

Personal Trainers

I found Matt before lockdown and I was very impressed with his space. It was comfortable and furnished to a high standard.
He clearly knew his stuff and we immediately bonded over a shared interest in martial arts and self defence. My initial reason for wanting to train with Matt was to help my flexibility and fitness in context to my training in Krav Maga but sadly because of lockdown we were not able to go ahead with the plan. But as soon as it was safe to meet outside we started to train but because we could not use his space we decided to work out on a near by common and do a sort of boot camp training schedule. He varied it every week and adapted to when I was fatigued. One week springs to mind where I was just too physically and mentally tired he changed the program of the day to stretching and relaxation methods which I really appreciated. He was able to train both myself and my partner to help us shift the quarantine weight but also encourage my partner to take his fitness more seriously.
He’s great value for money, such a genuinely nice person and it was such a pleasure to train with him.
