Shane is a fantastic trainer! I refer people to him and know they're getting quality training, healthy eating advice, and he really cares about everyone he works with to ensure they are moving safely and teaching the body how to move effectively without compromise.

I just spent this entire past weekend doing yard work, in particular pulling weeds and did not have any back pain. After 7+ hours of work bent over lifting and pulling, I was able to stand up straight with some mild back pain. Shane trains you how to use your body the way it was designed to work, focusing on posture and balancing the front of your body with the back of your body (how many of us spend it sitting ). I only wish I took photos of my yard before and after to show you all how much work I did and was able to walk away with some mild discomfort. Even though I know how to move being a Chiropractor, his program helps to build the right muscles making your daily movement more effective using proper posture, setting you up for success in your daily life. I highly recommend his program for any and all folks looking to support their body the way it was designed to move. Thank you, Shane! More...

I have never been happier with a trainer. Actually I do not like calling Shane a trainer, he's more of a body manager to me. My pain is going away from my arthritis, I'm walking better and I am improving the horrible posture I've had all my life. Oh and I'm losing fat, more important than just losing weight! I had my first meeting with Shane yesterday and was really impressed.  When I first contacted  the B. Fit Clinic, I received a prompt response and Shane was very flexible to schedule our meeting. The gym is clean and well-equipped and Shane is very good at explaining his program - it's clear that he's an expert when it comes to posture and proper form and helping you get your body back into balance so that you can get back to doing the activities that you love.  He also has a natural enthusiasm for helping people that shines through from the beginning. In my experience, trainers generally focus on building strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility, etc. Physical therapists primarily focus on healing one part of the body at a time, usually following an injury or surgery. And nutritionists and weight programs focus on food intake along with simple  exercise suggestions. This isn't a rigid description by any means, but it covers a lot of what I have seen. But when one needs all of the above, it is trickier to find a good coach. Shane Boley has found a way to balance these specialties and can therefore apply his skills to helping a wider range of people. He is knowledgeable, kind, an excellent trainer and cheerleader, and amazingly patient. I used to watch him train people at a local gym when he worked there, but I never approached him and then he was gone, and I regretted that. He now has his own business, The B. Fit Clinic, and I am very glad he stayed in the area. It is worth your time to meet with him so that you can determine whether he is the right match for your needs. If you want to be fit and healthy, B Fit is the place to come.  Shane is not just a personal trainer--I have been to those before. .... Shane focuses on correct fitness and correct nutrition:  good form, good posture, good technique, good workouts and healthy nutrition (no starving allowed!). He is very knowledgeable about healthy eating and will outline in detail your daily carbs,protein and fat for all meals and snacks.  In addition, he is NASM certified and is great for rehabilitating injuries or after surgery.  I had hip surgery a year ago and after attending a couple PT sessions, I just went back to Shane instead--so much better! Shane was also instrumental in turning my teenage daughter around. He consistently worked with her on fitness and nutrition and over the course of a couple of years she lost a tremendous amount of weight by eating well and exercising. She grew into a beautiful, confident young woman and I am convinced this would not have happened without Shane. More...

Shane Boley literally brought me back to health. I had chronic fatigue for more than 3 years when my doctor recommended I see Shane. He worked with me at my pace. I did not even know where my muscles were and was very weak. He helped me learn how to move my body correctly, how to eat well and not be hungry and I lost more than 30 lbs. Today, I am fully recovered and working full time. Shane is not just any personal trainer. He has a system that honors the body and makes sure that each movement is done correctly. He really cares about his clients and is not just in it as a job in a gym. I now have better posture, am stronger and more fit. Shane is the best trainer out there. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to shaping a body. He teaches proper form and can correct poor posture. His down to earth personality will make anyone feel comfortable. He can motivate you and push you to do things you could not have done before.
