How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
First, we make realistic small achievable goals. This helps to take pressure off the expectation of meeting their end goals in a single workout. It’s easy to get overwhelmed and become discouraged when you don’t have a plan of action. Understanding how fitness progression works keeps you focus on what is to come and what to expect. Most importantly is motivation and encouragement. I can’t express enough how much having someone there with you through the tough times can make the biggest impact. Exercise is challenging enough as it. When you don’t have the proper guidance or knowledge to help with you goals they can seem impossible to reach. I am the support structure that makes sure you never get to that point.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
A balance between a healthy diet and regular exercise is the perfect recipe for getting your dream body. It all starts with food. Healthy nutritious foods will help your body function at its peak efficiency. Complementing and healthy diet with exercise to develop the muscles will result in the muscles having greater endurance, greater strength, and greater functionality.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the passing along the knowledge of health and fitness through exercise. When my clients are enjoying themselves in a comfortable, safe, encouraging environment, it brings out the best in them. If I can help bring the best in a client to help change their quality of life for the better, I’m on board and loving it!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realized that I could only help people to a certain extent if I had to be limited by the ceilings of big corporations. I figured I could better serve my community and those who are truly in need of guidance through fitness if I had my own business and made my own rules.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for more than a decade. I have worked for major corporations, private corporations, and independently. I have experience with clients of all ages from 10 years old to 70 years old. I develop a personal relationship based on trust and respect to show my clients their needs and goals always come first.
