I have been working out with Susan for over a year. I feel so much fitter, stronger and healthier than when I started. Susan is a pleasure to be with and makes working out fun while also challenging.

I have worked out with Susan for 14 years and it has changed my life. Now in my early 60's, I am stronger, healthier, and fitter than I have ever been. Personal Trainers

Susan helped my 15 year old daughter (now 16) to learn how to properly exercise, train and she motivated her in so many positive ways. She is personable, inspirational, and reliable.
My daughter hasn't seen her since the pandemic, but she continues to workout and has lost 60 pounds. Susan's training went beyond just working out to make a lasting and positive impression on my daughter that has stayed with her in the future.
