What do you love most about your job?

I work with genuine care and empathy, and am passionate about helping people. I find fulfilment in listening to my client’s in a respectful and non-judgemental environment which is crucial in therapy, in a warm and nurturing space for you to explore your emotions and feelings which you may be finding challenging and distressing.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having experienced life changing challenges in my life, I sought help and guidance from a counsellor, which gave me the insight into the world of therapy.
As a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, I take the view that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations. We are all individuals, unique people, and different areas of therapy suit different people.

Why should our clients choose you?

There are times when many of us feel we could benefit from emotional support and although asking for that first step to see a counsellor takes tremendous courage, it is a really positive step.
