What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can support people in making changes for themselves and for those that are important to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The expectations, anxieties and stresses in life seem to be getting bigger, yet support seems to be getting smaller, More and more of us are becoming aware of the need for self care and are searching for what is right for us.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a person-centred approach, meaning that the client is the focus, rather than any 'labels' that they may feel they hold. I work with clients on various techniques to manage what is going on for them and create a 'tool box' that they can reach for whenever they need it, including beyond therapy.

I can provide services via zoom. This can be just as effective as face to face sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I provide the option of Zoom but I also have a large, clean and comfortable, well-ventilated office.
Trauma Therapy
An integrated approach to managing the ongoing psychological and physical effects of abuse, traumatic experiences or memories, Including alter-ego's, dissociation (Including loss of time) Complex PTSD and PTSD, or anxiety / panic attacks.
Contemporary Relationship Therapy
Be it couples, parent / child, siblings, open, polyamorous or other meaningful relationship, I provide a safe and confidential environment to be supported and heard through separation, recovery and everything in between.
EFT (Tapping) & IET
EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique (often referred to as tapping) is a soft approach to reducing the impact on the body and mind of strong emotions, phobia's, memories or pain.
IET - Integrated Energy Techniques use a calming and relaxing technique to explore change. This could be memories, personal negative beliefs, historical feelings or fears.
