I was really struggling to get into a routine with my fitness but after joining Annie’s online coaching I’ve managed to get closer to my goal. She was always there 24/7 if I had any problems and was understanding when I wasn’t feeling 100%. The plan was so tailored to my goals and I didn’t feel uncomfortable! Annie is a great PT, she is friendly, easy to talk to and professional. Once she had worked out how best to address my PT needs (she did this very quickly) she really pushed me to do far more than I thought I was capable of. Highly recommend Annie.

Annie is incredibly motivating & encouraging. I’ve always felt intimidated by gyms & she gave me the confidence to get in there & get on with it! ! If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I would highly recommend Annie! Before having Annie as my PT, I was so nervous about going to the gym but she made me feel at ease! Even when I couldn’t be bothered to go to the gym she would keep me motivated and reminded me of my goals! Q&As

I primarily work with my clients within a gym environment. I use an array of techniques with my clients ranging from resistance training to HIIT style training to simply just getting the body moving! Not only do my clients receive 1-2-1 sessions in the gym but they will also receive detailed nutritional guidance and even be supplied with tailored nutrition plans on request.

My support doesn't just end after our sessions. You will be able to contact me 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week via email, text or phone call. I ensure that I am checking in on my clients on a day to day basis in order to keep them accountable and to stay on track with their goals.

All of my clients are different and their levels of accountability needs varies. I even have clients that like to send photos of each of their meals to me, and if that's what works for them, then that is what we will do!

Firstly, begin to tell yourself you CAN. Anyone can achieve their goals and feel amazing, it's just a matter of education, hard work, oh.. and a fabulous Personal Trainer!

There are so many factors to my job that I love, but I won't list them all! Instead I will tell you about one of my all time favourite client successes.

I had been working with a lovely lady for several months. She had initially approached me because she was looking to lose body fat and feel stronger, however her main set back was that she had lost all of her confidence. She was approaching 50, her body was changing in ways it had never done before, her metabolism had drastically slowed down and on top of that she was beginning to suffer from arthritis. She had fallen into a bit of a depression and as a result, rarely left the house.
We worked together on her goals for a little over 3 months. Using a combination of weight training, cardio sessions and also tweaking her diet slightly. She came out with an incredible physical (and mental) transformation. On her final check in day, as she was getting off the scales she suddenly burst into tears and told me that I had transformed her life completely.

For me, that was one of the moments I knew changing lives was what I wanted to do!

When I bought my first gym membership, I was clueless! I remember doing hours of cardio each day and just not seeing any results. I was always very aware of the weight section, but never dared venture in. For around a year I was going round in this cycle of wanting to achieve my goals but just not knowing where to start. Until I finally plucked up the courage to ask for help! I got myself a personal trainer and the rest is history. I just wish I'd done it sooner! I hated the thought of people feeling as lost as I did and that is why I decided I wanted to help as many people as possible.

There are so many fitness professionals out there, it can be overwhelming deciding who to go with.

Being a Personal Trainer isn't just about training a client for an hour. It's so much more than that. It's about building a connection with that individual. It's about building that mutual trust with your client and even being a shoulder to cry on if necessary. My services don't just end at the gym door. I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whether it's a question on the best source of protein or even a phone call because you are lacking motivation that day!

I am here to help you achieve the important things but to also have a laugh and a giggle while we are doing it because after all, the most important thing is that we have fun whilst doing it!
