Me and my daughter have been going to Z fit training for almost a year now! She pushes us hard ! ( be wary when Zoe says it’s not too bad , well just a little bit!!) I am so much stronger now than I was a year ago and have never been a fan of the gym but this isn’t really gym this fun! and we love our weekly sessions- it goes by fast ( because we talk about all sorts of stuff! I am a mobile personal trainer who enjoys helping people to become healthier and fitter through regular exercise. I offer 30min and 1 hour sessions. My 30 min sessions are really popular and generally consist of 5 rounds and each round consisting of 5 x 45sec/1min exercises. I like to vary things quite a bit so you don't get bored but also use similar exercises so you can see progression.

Every client receives a full movement and mobility screen before they start training and regularly throughout their time in the gym, along with training tailored to their individual goals, experience, injury status. All clients also have the option to attend a free session that we hold for clients on a Saturday morning. Along side this we go the extra mile for all of our clients and invest a huge amount of time in the planning of every individuals training. We also heavily invest in each clients goals and want to see them succeed.

The ability to train clients the way I always wanted to be trained, in a manner that delivers sustainable results to clients in the shortest possible time. Where I am not constrained to the usual corporate gym environment of having to drag the training out as long as possible.
Because we heavily invest in every client and strive to deliver not just the highest standard of coaching but also the highest standard of facility to train in as well. A gym and facility with a fun vibrant atmosphere with a strong community spirit.
