Jane has been fantastic, i was so nervous when i first approached her about some personal trainer sessions. I hadn't been to a gym for years but I was so unhappy with myself i needed to change my lifestyle.

I had tried gyms but never kept up with it, the support and motivation from jane has kept me on track with my goals. She's always there to encourage me , and push me to a new goal! My health is improving and i can see the changes which is amazing but the best thing is iv gained my confidence back, and thats thanks to janes support, and tailored plan that works for me

Before June I couldn't run for more then a few minutes now 6 months on I'm comfortably running for at least an hour covering distances I could never of imagined and its all thanks to live the balance
