Since starting with Julia in august last year, I now actually enjoy exercise! I have learned to have better eating habits and now don’t judge myself if I have treats now and then. She offers lots of support not only with training but with meal planning and nutrition. It is a pressure-free environment to train in with 1-1 support. I could now feel confident going to an open gym and using the equipment properly to get proper results. My mind set has completely changed about training, nutrition and most importantly my body. I have learnt so much from Julia’s wealth of knowledge and constant support and encouragement. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We assess everyone individually...whether online or in person client. From here we design everyone their own individual training programme and meal plan.
Adaptions are made throughout based on how the client feels and evaluating at check ins.
Everyone is different so we assess everyone individually andtrain clients at their pace and ability.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Being accountable to an experienced, knowledgable coach....we know this only too well from competing...thinking we can get there alone!...everyone needs a coach!
Oh yes and eating correctly not starving yourself!
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy, proud and confident in themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The decision to get rid of employed position was made so could be full time in the industry passionate about and give more time to help more people.

Yes we welcome people from anywhere in the world. Many people use an online coach nowadays. As long as you are serious and committed...we do weekly online check ins so can adapt plans accordingly.
We are also available to contact anytime in between check ins too if you have any questions or concerns.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For in person sessions...the gym and equipment is regularly cleaned and sanitised.
Only 1 person with trainer is in there at any time as its not an open gym.

Our online service is available to anyone anywhere who is serious about getting results.
After an initial assessment of where you are, we then design your personal meal plan and training programme.
Check ins are online weekly and adaptions are made where necessary to ensure your body reacts as we want it to.
Whatever your aim...getting in your best shape for a holiday or photoshoot....maybe you would like to compete?..its your own goal and we will get you to your best if you follow our advice.
You will have contact throughout from an experienced coach to support you through your journey however long you decide to stay.

1-1 Private PT Sessions
1 hour sessions in our private gym for people who can get to us.
Our gym is not open to the public so clients have complete privacy...relieving any anxieties / worries.
We can teach you our unique training style which gives results in a quicker time than how most people train.
