The two things that I tell my clients who work with me, is that in order to achieve the results they want they must be consistent and determined.

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people. I love seeing the results of my clients. The huge smiles they have on their faces when their confidence grows and their shape starts to change.
That is my reward.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I suffered badly with anxiety and depression, so I turned to fitness to help me. I would go to the gym every night and run on the treadmill, using that as my escape.
I was carrying some extra pounds in weight which I could never shift. I tried all the diets that were out there and nothing worked for me.
I wanted to learn how to lose weight in a sustainable and healthy way.
I also wanted to learn how to train properly. How free weights became my friend as opposed to my enemy.
I now have the confidence to walk into the free weight area without feeling intimidation.

I am very personable. I have been working with women for over a year now. The one thing that I pride myself with their achievements, is having changed their mindset.
Making them understand that health and fitness is a lifestyle choice, and that the services I provide do not create results over night.

I offer the following:
Monthly Online coaching which includes nutrition and exercise programs.
I am available for my clients 24/7 and offer any support they need.
I have also been offering 6 week plans. This gives people an understanding of how I operate, and is enough time to start seeing positive results.

I do also offer Personal Training sessions - 30 mins, 45 mins, 60 mins. Due to COVID-19 these have moved to ZOOM sessions, or training outside.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I have changed my clients training programmes from being gym based, to being able to workout at home due to new restrictions.
No equipment is required so no extra cost is added (no pressure on clients having to buy equipment).
