I have 10 years Experience and love my job.

I have my own gym which is not easy to reach by public transport so being able to drive is a must to be able to get to the gym. I offer outdoor AND sessions at my gym.
Some clients choose depending on the weather.

Personal Trainers

So far only had one session with Becky, and it was remote due to restrictions. Even then it was a very good session and she has shown me a lot that can be done without any equipment.

Been working with Becky for a few weeks now. She is really knowledgeable and experienced. Becky has incorporated boxing into my training for me as I requested it. She makes my sessions varied and interesting. I am enjoying learning some pilates too and she has been wonderful in helping me with my back injuries. She takes lots of time to stretch and work on my core. I only wish I could afford a session everyday. I highly recommend her. She is ace :) More...

I have enjoyed exercise for many years, however as I have got older I found it harder to keep motivated and needed to change things up a bit. Becky really is an extraordinary trainer. I don’t think I realized just how amazing she was until I moved away and discovered that there’s no one quite like her. He depth of knowledge is exceptional and she applies that knowledge so effectively. Through injuries, a pregnancy and toddler wrangling Becky went above and beyond to help me get fit, stay fit and learn to enjoy training.
Becky, if you ever want to move to rural Australia I will kick one of my kids out of their room for you.

Becky really goes above and beyond the average PT. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional but you can also have a really good laugh, which really puts you at ease in the gym. She listens to what at you are looking for from your training, whether that be weight loss, improvement of overall fitness or endurance training . I am 6 months post partum and have been training with Becky for 12 weeks. She has guided me back towards pre baby state in a safe way. I have dropped 2 stone and have the use of my pelvic floor back! Slowly gaining some fitness. I would recommend beck to anybody! She is fun light hearted and if you are like me and suffer with self confidence she knows how to empower you to gain your goals. By listening to what they really want. Ensuring goals are realistic and the journey can be fun but challenging. I help with basic nutrition and ways to stay healthy away from the gym as well. Every client is totally different from one another so I find a way which works for each individual to ensure the fitness journey can last 10 years not just 10 weeks.

Recognising all the parts of your body that are already amazing not dwelling on what you don’t like. Being respectful to your body and working hard and having fun pushing towards goals.

Seeing clients smile, giggle, sweat and thrive during training sessions. I get to meet very interesting people and enjoy building relationships along the way helping them to achieve there goals and see the potential they have.

I worked for myself for 6 years in Australia. I owned my own One to one and boot camp business. I knew once I had started I never wanted to stop and I continue to enjoy my work back home on the Wirral.

Because fitness doesn’t have to be scary, intimidating or a chore. It’s finding what works for you. I can make sessions sporty, Pilates based, strength and conditioning based. Whatever way makes the client excited to come back again. That kid feeling of being excited to get back somewhere again.
I stick with you all the way. I like to have a laugh so long as we are also working hard and getting those goals achieved. I am supportive and honest. I can help with injures as well.
