How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Dan uses a systematic approach to training. He has systems in place to address your goals using assessments, mobility techniques, assisted stretching, nutrition plans, and more. He is very professional and takes your goals seriously. With over 11 years experience and 8 separate certifications and qualifications it’s a no brainer that he will be able to help you achieve above and beyond your goals!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency. Nothing can replace a positive, healthy habit engrained in your lifestyle. How you achieve that habit is the key to getting what you want. Whether it’s food, workouts, sleeping, or mindset, there’s a different and specific way for each person to get where they want to be. Dan simply unlocks doors and opens your mind with education, passion and a real interest in helping you. He truly helps you discover what your capable of achieving.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing clients achieve their goal. It brings Dan immense satisfaction when his clients reach and surpass their health goals. It keeps him motivated and passionate to help as many people as possible.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having his own systems and doing things his way. Big box gyms have very strict and unrealistic guidelines for their trainers. It really takes the “personal” out of Personal Training. Every member must get the same experience yet each person is very different and has specific needs. This is not the way to treat clients and Dan prefers to do things his way.
