RYZE Athletics is a human performance, personal training and sports performance training facility located in Columbus, OH. We specialize in personal training, strength and conditioning for athletes and court specific skill work for basketball and volleyball. We offer 4000 sq ft of space dedicated to our personal training clients. Within that space you will find that we have a robust selection of equipment for our clients such as squat racks, dumbbells, turf, functional trainers, etc that offers variety and intensity to your workouts. We also have a 4000 sq ft (basketball court) dedicated to our volleyball and basketball athletes. We pride ourselves on offering our clients personalized training programs with access to state-of-the-art equipment and highly qualified trainers. Clients can initially expect to sit down with one of our coaches to discuss goals and the plan. We will track each workout so that the client can see their progress. We will also conduct check-ins to evaluate where we are at and areas of improvement.
