our signature is the plantain blossom paired with a grilled prime cut steak or pan-seared Chilean sea bass, ginger-tomato puree, and house beurre blanc.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
As part of our onboarding process, we have an initial consultation to hear the client's desires and expectations. The information is then used to create a menu that fits the client's vision for the event.
What do you love most about your job?
Food is our passion and the feeling of gratitude from our clients is part of the reason we do this. Our ability to collaborate on different dishes and creating something amazing is what we live, and the joy of presenting it to the world is a great feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are all entrepreneurs at heart, the ability to work on recipes and dishes without boundaries and restrictions is really what made us create this company.

We follow all regulations for state covid-19 protocol. While we do not require our employees to be vaccinated, most of them have elected to get vaccinated to help put the safety of us all above all.
