After my 20 year caterer decided three weeks before Christmas not to cater on Christmas Day any more…I panicked, I didn’t know any other caterers.
So I went online and did some research. I contacted a few caterers. The caterer that contacted me the quickest was Chef Irving of Sueno Alegre. Since I didn’t know the others either, I decided that since he was the first, I would make the call back to him first.
Not only was Chef Irving willing to provide a Christmas dinner for 22 family members, but he was so nice to talk to, calmed my nerves and gave me the impression that my family Christmas was in good hands. I was sold! He fixed a dinner that I requested (our traditional Christmas dinner with all the fixings). Prior to Christmas, he was always quick to respond if I had a question or a request.
On Christmas Day, he was prompt and had everything he had promised. He worked quickly to set up and the shaffing dishes he brought looked classy. The food smelled delicious! As far as how everything tasted, yummy! The prime rib was cooked perfectly. The green beans were cooked al dente with a touch of spice…very good. Great mashed potatoes, perfectly mashed. The pasta dish was awesome, light and tasty and not too creamy at all. The turkey was very good too but my only complaint was there wasn’t enough. The white meat was the first to go and when my husband and I served ourselves (we were last), there was only the two turkey drum sticks left. But all in all. I would give Chef Irving an A, five stars for his professionalism, his fee (very reasonable), his service, presentation, the quality of the food and of course the taste! Chef Irving saved my Christmas!!
I will definitely call him again for other events!

Chef Irving and his team were amazing. From my first Bark inquiry to days after the event, he was professional, responsive, helpful and true to his word providing delicious food and impeccable service.
We held a 12-person private dinner at Glunz Winery (another must visit). Chef took the initiative to suggest a visit prior to the event to meet with them and scope out the facility so he could deliver the best event possible. He did!

We can create any number of things that the guest desires, but our specialties are Latino food and French food.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We discuss menus with our clients to insure they get exactly what they want. We take suggestions and create a menu that meets their criteria.

We love handling food and creating food with love. There is nothing our team loves more than for a customer to be happy about the food we offer them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The dream has always been to own a business in food that allows us to create connections between ourselves and with our clients with food at the core.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our employees are vaccinated and willing to take tests before events to be sure that no one is infected during the time of event. If necessary we will also wear masks at the request of our client
Buffet Event
We will cook multiple sides and entrees. Set up a buffet line with servers and attendees and serve guests as seen fit.
Plated Dinner
For small events (20 people or less) we can create a 6 course tasting menu paired with wine. For larger events we can do 3 course plated dinners.
These events include servers and employees hired by us to help run food and attend to guests needs.
Food Delivery
If you'd like us to simply cater the food and allow you to serve it out, we can do that at a more affordable rate.
We will get food hot and ready and deliver it to your event location at a designated time of your choosing. This could include BBQ, stir fries, noodle dishes, salads. This choice is better suited for birthday parties or company events where food will be grazed on.
