How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I always ask what type of event it is, how many people and what the guests are looking for meal wise. We love to get created and theme up food with your event to the best that we can to make it an event to remember.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that we've created menus based on family BBQ's from my childhood that made fantastic memories growing up. We get to share these with our friends, family and fans of BBQ that return for a family home cooked meal. The joy of cooking for someone else and making them happy is a cooks passion and dream.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We've had a passion for entertaining, cooking and serving in the hospitality community for years. With this in mind, we started a logo almost 8 years ago and with Covid in 2020 causing two of us to lose our jobs in Hospitality. We decided to move our dream of owning a restaurant to a reality and get cooking!

We can only provide our services remotely as we are a mobile food truck. There are no services being sold online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As we are a mobile food truck, we do ask that you try to give yourself the space needed in between people in line but we also sanitize our charging device and our counter before shifts and at the close of shifts.
Mobile Food Truck
With a minimum of 50 people, we can bring the food truck out for window service with your menu of choice to any event.
Onsite Catering Service
We offer a full onsite catering service with an option of Plated, Family Style or Buffet style dining. With this option we'll require an additional kitchen in the venue facility with groups over 150 people. Let's chat about your next event.
Drop Off Catering only
We'll bring your next party meal to you and drop off in foil pans and ready to go. Easy service and easy clean up for your next event.
Party Rooms - Coming 2023
We are expanding to a restaurant location in Fair Oaks and will be able to accommodate your next event onsite. Two Meeting rooms for 30 and 40 people. Keep an eye out on social media for the beginning of 2023!
