I recently had the pleasure of attending a family and friend gathering that totaled around 40 people.
What a treat!
These guys worked really hard to impress us.
I don’t think their team could have done a better job, and was such an essential component of our friends and family event. Friends and family returned the next day to search for leftovers.
We went with the Plated / Buffet to make life easy and everyone walked away full, happy, and satisfied. The 3-course meal was incredible, I started with the Gnocchi, had the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, and had the Red Wine Braised Short Ribs for my entree.
The whole group was very pleased, raving about how incredible the food was, and would strongly recommend it. The experience was beyond my expectations.

It was an exceptional experience! From the moment when we reach out to them with a catering request to every detail in the middle, they handle each communication with the highest level of professionalism. They are truly a delight to work with. The menu planning and food are outstanding. I have had the privilege to work with them on several events over the last decade and the quality of their food stands out far and above the other caterers. This last weekend I booked them for a small 60th wedding anniversary celebration and used their casual catering to go. The menu included Sonoma Bounty Charcuterie, Shrimp Avocado Mango Fresh Roll, Crab Cakes with Basil Mayonnaise, and Sesame Five Spice Chicken Poppers with Thai Peanut Sauce. It really felt like you were a part of the wedding, not only was the food amazing, but you were also so flexible on the day with timings as well and we really appreciated that. I hired Affordable Catering for wait staff service. It was my private party for my friends to say goodbye as a going away party.
There were about 50 invited guests. Although I wanted to cook for my friends one last time, I did not want to be tied up with managing my food area, and not enjoying my guest.
The crew members of Affordable Catering were AWESOME! They arrived on time, and immediately jumped into action, helping me set up for my party. They were extremely professional! Once the party was in full force, I could relax, enjoy and mingle with my guests, and not worry about the food area, because they took care of keeping every item filled up, heated, and available for guests to keep filling their plates to enjoy. When the party was ending, they helped to clean and clear everything away, making for a smooth end to a beautiful event. Truly 5-star service. Such a pleasure experience!

What’s your signature dish?
This would be our Stuffed mushrooms, we use a nice blend of spices and a secret recipe, this is on the app side. On the salad side, it is our strawberry spinach salad, moving to the buffet our most popular is the Mexican buffet or taco bar. For dessert, it would be our house-made tiramisu.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We pay close attention to every one of our customer's requests, and we receive information relative to the needs and wants of our customers. We then do our research and create an excellent menu that serves the needs of our customers.
What do you love most about your job?
We love making great food and helping people achieve all their goals for their events.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to make a difference in the world and be able to help the less fortunate, starting your own business is a surefire way to be able to accomplish this goal.

Our slogan is the best and most affordable in Los Angeles, we work with clients to achieve all their goals. We make sure we give it 110% when we cook and serve our guests. We are attentive to areas other caterers aren't, we won't rest unless we achieve the optimal result.
