Team Breakthrough is an inclusive welcoming fitness community that holds results at the very heart of its brand values. The difference between Team Breakthrough and a conventional gym is the level of support and enthusiasm you receive from the team to reach your goal. That goal is often to get in shape, manage an injury or to increase mobility and function. We work with all ages and abilities and particularly encourage those who don't have a natural affinity towards going to the gym.

I started my journey at Team Breakthrough, just over 18 months ago, the first step for me was to address knee pain I had been experiencing. Never in a million years did I think I would get the ‘bug’ that would lead me to completely changing my lifestyle.
Prior to going to going to Team Breakthrough I had a love hate relationship with gyms, I loved the idea of going, but I hated the reality of it – that couldn’t be further from the truth now. It hasn’t been an easy journey for me, but for the first time, I have stuck with it and that’s all because of the guys at Team Breakthrough, they offer continual support and motivation.
I mentioned getting the ‘bug’, well once the knee pain was under control I found myself wanting more. I could see myself progressing, the regular PT sessions were paying off and I found myself doing things I didn’t think I would ever be able to. From there I started to focus on nutrition, once I got my head around the do’s and don’ts I was onto a winner. Having control of my food along with giving my all in PT sessions has resulted in me seeing results that I am so proud of.
The benefits I have seen are improved sleep, I have stopped getting headaches, that I was previously dealing with on a daily basis, continually reducing my body fat, loosing inches. Most importantly to me thought is that my general outlook on life if completely different, that might sound extreme, but in all honesty, I am a changed person in so many way and it’s all thanks to the guys at Team Breakthrough and in particular Simon.

Fitness has given me a lot and I am wanting to help others reach their fitness goals, whether that be losing weight, Endurance training, Muscle gain or even Boxing! Thanks for reading. Boris K.
Everyone starts their fitness journey somewhere, I believe it is my job to support you along the way.
Maybe you aren't sure what you should be doing? With my years of experience in the fitness world, I've probably used over 100 different methods of weight loss, toning and gaining muscle mass.
Maybe you lack motivation or need help focusing? Even as a trainer I get these days too, I'll not only share my tips that help me but I'll provide you with videos, fitness apps or any other form of media which will help.
All I know is we all need to start somewhere and whatever the issue is which is stopping you, my goal will be to find it and fix it!
Time, effort and most importantly, Patience.
Sadly getting your dream body isn't something that happens over night. BUT I can assure you that everyone I've worked with who has stuck by their workout plans/diet has achieved their goals.
Now I will say that everyone is different and whether it be weight loss, gaining muscle mass or just toning up that six pack, the time it will take will differ but if you stick with it you will get there!
Honestly, the people!
I have been passionate about fitness since I was 16, but what made me turn this into a career was all the different people I met along the way.
One of the great things about being a Personal Trainer is being able to make that connection with a people and help them make real change in their lives for the better!
I wanted to move away from gym's as I felt they took time away from the client 1 on 1 and cared more about the membership sales/classes. Personally I didn't have a problem with the classes and quite enjoyed running them! But if we are there to help people get fit and healthy, why are we trying to get members to sign up to a 1 year contract?
I believe I can provide a just as good/better 1 on 1 session without the gym! Plus exercising in parks/homes don't feel as busy.
I'd say have a look through the reviews/photos to see what other people who I've trained have said about me, though I will give a quick list to the benefits of picking me as your trainer!
-Flexible time setup (I work from 6am to 10pm)
-No equipment? No problem, I'll bring all equipment needed for each session
-Location? I am what people would call a Mobile trainer, you tell me where and I'll be there
-Personalized exercise plans from day 1
-Experienced, I've been training people since 18 so we're looking at a good 7-8 years of experience
-Fully demonstrated/explained exercises (health and safety is my number 1 priority!)
My goal is that you walk away from one of my sessions thinking to yourself I've taken the first step to a healthier lifestyle. That or Jesus what did he do to my legs!
