Absolute gem is the best way to describe Boris!

I was more than happy to write this review for him as he reignited my love for running.
I will be doing my first 10K run in June and I know Boris will make sure I am ready.

Two sessions in and I can honestly say it is a pleasure working with Boris. Always prepared, able to work around my hectic office schedule and great gym facility.

I also want to note that I have had to rescheduled twice on Boris and rather than being met with disgruntlement he has adjusted his schedule to fit me, this attitude is appreciated and in my experience with other personal trainers quite rare.

Let me start off by saying both me and my husband work with Boris as our trainer, I'll do a session with him after I've dropped the kids off at school and my husband after work.

The reason we picked Boris over other trainers was due to how flexible he was with times, location and days. Morning/afternoon, any day of the week and local gym, local park or even our open back garden. He was more than happy to work. He always used to say, what suits us suits him.

Now both me and my husband respond better to when we are both really being worked rather than always taking breaks, at first we didn't think Boris would be up to the task but 5 to 10 minutes into our first session it was pretty clear he wasn't playing any games and WOW did he push us.

We said from the start that we would only use a trainer for 2 to 3 months, it has been 7 months now and neither me or my husband have any plans of dropping Boris.

Boris has a lot of character, he is someone you would go to the movies with or grab a drink on a Friday but hes your trainer.
He seems to have mastered the balance of both fun environment and breaks over, lets focus on this set. A great mix of hard arse/friend.

Other trainers I've worked with in the past have either been trying too hard to be your friend or are way too focused and forget that I'm not Superman and able to do everything just at the click of their fingers.

If you're in Wandsworth or Putney and you're looking for a fitness trainer then Boris is your man!

He travels to you, brings his own equipment, very punctual, doesn't watch the cloak and most of the time goes over the hour mark, every session is different and he makes getting fit fun!

Boris is just brilliant!

I work from home but also make sure I have time with my family on weekends. So that leaves me a few hours really early in the morning or after the kids have gone to sleep.

So what does Boris recommend? 6am jogging around the park. I never understood before why people wanted to get up so early to workout but after 2-3 sessions it all made complete sense to me.
I get some much needed exercise in and still have plenty of time with my partner and kids.

Boris gave me the drive to do something I wasn't interested in doing. Now we do it 4 times a week and I am incredibly thankful he pushed me to at least try.

For me, gyms can be pretty intimidating, especially if you're new to the gym.
So I thought I'd get some local/at home training and that is when I met Boris.
Every session I feel like I'm making progress but also I've learning something, whether that be how to do a pull up or the correct form when lifting a bar (Yes I am very new to this!)

TLDR: Super friendly, great trainer, always on time and doesn't mind traveling to me each time we have a session.

A very caring and helpful individual, full of optimism, positiveness and support.
Unique training methods that actually work and ever session has been different.
I could go on but after seeing what everyone else is saying, I feel like I would only just be conforming what they're saying.

Boris makes exercising fun.

I found a lot of exercise boring and that didn't help when I was trying to lose weight. He me there was thousands of ways of losing weight which don't involve running, jogging or cycling and oh boy was he right.
I currently have Boris come to my home four times a week for an hour each time and we do heavy Pad work which easily leaves me covered from head to toe with sweat and the routine changes ever single week!

I've never met a trainer who is a creative/energetic as Boris, couldn't ask for a better trainer.

Boxing in the park? 6am runs? Or body weight circuits in my back garden? Yes please!

Unlike other trainers, Boris was always open to working out whenever/where ever.
- He'd bring all equipment needed for every workout, super helpful since I don't own any myself.
- I could call him up that morning and setup a session that afternoon.
- If I was working from home that day, he'd come over and we'd get setup in my garden in less than 5 minutes.
- His wide knowledge of different training methods, exercise plans and the pros and cons of each reassured me whenever he would recommend anything.

I understand why Boris wants to move away from gyms and start his own free lance business, I personally hate gyms when they get super busy so if he is more available/flexible then i'll happily cancel my membership today and keep working with him!

Very friendly guy, super easy to work with and very flexible if I ever needed to make any last minute changes.

Also I really appreciated that the few times I had to cancel on him, he was more than understanding about the situation and told me to message him whenever I was next available.

Although Boris might have a questionable music taste, he is a great trainer.

First time I spoke to Boris I told him I wanted to train for an up coming 10k run and that I was willing to do whatever it takes to do so.
He seemed to be interested by me saying this and said "So a 7am run around Wandsworth Common is on the table?" I laughed at first but shortly after noticed he wasn't kidding. I told him 100%.

Two months later, I finished my 10k run in 1 hour and 24 minutes and I can honestly say I don't think I would have done it without him. Rain or shine, he was still able to motivate me to keep pushing and he didn't give up on me even through all my moaning.

Boris helped me go from 18 and a half stone to 15 stone within 5/6 months.

Now from reading the first line, this review will probably come across a tad bias, but I will tell you now, I had four trainers before Boris and none of them put in the same time, effort or patients as Boris did with me.
He showed me that I could lose weight without punishing myself, that I could still eat my favorite foods just not as much.
He was able to tell straight away that my problem was portion control and gave me multiple links to websites and fitness apps that could help me track my intake but also forums where I could talk with others online who had/are currently losing weight.

Both me and my wife thank you Boris and we hope this review helps!

I have been working with Boris on and off for the past 7-8 months and I can't say I've had a bad session with him!

We mainly do our sessions at my house. One of the main things I liked about Boris upon meeting him is the respect he had for my home, not wanting to bring in dirt from the outside and clearing up any mess that was made during our hour.

He is also very friendly towards my 8 year old son and has even included him in a few of our sessions!

I'd highly recommend Boris if you're looking for a trainer who genuinely seems to care about his clients and won't be rushing to leave once your hour is up.

I met Boris through Puregym, overall a very friendly and energetic young man with a clear passion for what he does.
Even though we don't work together anymore, I will still message him from time to time asking for advise on what I should be doing if I want to put on muscle mass or if I want to lose a few pounds before going on holiday.

I trained with Boris for around four months, nothing too serious but twice a week just to keep myself in shape.
We would mainly do Pad work/Boxing in the local park and sometimes a bit of jogging.
So why pick Boris as a trainer?
He goes that one step further than other trainers. If I had a question, he'd answer it without making me feel stupid.
If there was an exercise I didn't like doing in my workout plan, he'd change it. He showed me how working out didn't have to be a chore and I enjoyed ever session with him.

It is pretty clear that Boris loves what he does and he very much shows it in his work.

I absolutely love my training sessions with Boris. He is a great personal trainer, who truly understands my needs and knows how to inspire and motivate me. Boris has changed my opinion of personal trainers who from past personal experience either were not knowledgeable enough and/or didn't really seem to care that much! Boris is the complete opposite. He is diligent, patient and understanding and knows exactly how hard to push to enable you to achieve your goals. It made such a difference that we could train in my house and in my local park.
I always look forward to our sessions and particularly the end of the month weigh-in because I can see how the hard work has paid off. I'd definately recommend Boris if you want someone who is fair, dedicated and passionate!

Everyone starts their fitness journey somewhere, I believe it is my job to support you along the way.

Maybe you aren't sure what you should be doing? With my years of experience in the fitness world, I've probably used over 100 different methods of weight loss, toning and gaining muscle mass.

Maybe you lack motivation or need help focusing? Even as a trainer I get these days too, I'll not only share my tips that help me but I'll provide you with videos, fitness apps or any other form of media which will help.

All I know is we all need to start somewhere and whatever the issue is which is stopping you, my goal will be to find it and fix it!

Sadly getting your dream body isn't something that happens over night. BUT I can assure you that everyone I've worked with who has stuck by their workout plans/diet has achieved their goals.

Now I will say that everyone is different and whether it be weight loss, gaining muscle mass or just toning up that six pack, the time it will take will differ but if you stick with it you will get there!

Honestly, the people!

I have been passionate about fitness since I was 16, but what made me turn this into a career was all the different people I met along the way.
One of the great things about being a Personal Trainer is being able to make that connection with a people and help them make real change in their lives for the better!

I wanted to move away from gym's as I felt they took time away from the client 1 on 1 and cared more about the membership sales/classes. Personally I didn't have a problem with the classes and quite enjoyed running them! But if we are there to help people get fit and healthy, why are we trying to get members to sign up to a 1 year contract?

I believe I can provide a just as good/better 1 on 1 session without the gym! Plus exercising in parks/homes don't feel as busy.

I'd say have a look through the reviews/photos to see what other people who I've trained have said about me, though I will give a quick list to the benefits of picking me as your trainer!

-Flexible time setup (I work from 6am to 10pm)
-No equipment? No problem, I'll bring all equipment needed for each session
-Location? I am what people would call a Mobile trainer, you tell me where and I'll be there
-Personalized exercise plans from day 1
-Experienced, I've been training people since 18 so we're looking at a good 7-8 years of experience
-Fully demonstrated/explained exercises (health and safety is my number 1 priority!)

My goal is that you walk away from one of my sessions thinking to yourself I've taken the first step to a healthier lifestyle. That or Jesus what did he do to my legs!
