Fantastic service from Philip. Prompt and consistent communication. An appointment for a survey was scheduled within a couple of days and within 48 hours a full, detailed, comprehensive report was produced . The report was very thorough and listed all the defects at the property. I highly recommend Philip and will use his services again.
