I am accredited and registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have years of experience counselling Individuals, couples and families from different backgrounds and cultures, and dealing with the particular concerns they face.

The sole mission is self growth through self awareness; to teach people how to harness their authentic self and to assist in the creation of action plans to achieve their goals. I have worked within the Legal Sector for 4 years and found my soft spot in Family/Child Law working on a complex inquiry involving child sex abuse.This role led me to understand that although the victims were obtaining justice and the victims were being compensated monetarily there was still a lack of freedom because the emotional and psychological ramifications of the abuse still persisted.
