I believe in educating clients on how to achieve their goals and see it as my responsibility to provide tools to aid clients to achieve their fitness, health and lifestyle goals.

Consistency is the key ingredient to success in any aspect of life.
What do you love most about your job?
I love teaching the art of self care through guiding individuals to invest their time, energy and creative life force in themselves via physical activity and engaging in mental sharpening tools. I love seeing people achieve their results and feeling empowered by the work they have invested in themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
YogiSan Fitness was created to assist as many people as possible to bridge the gap between their physical health and mental wellness through various exercises which are aimed to be incorporated into a lifestyle.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a Kinesiologist, A Certified Personal Trainer, A Certified Group Trainer and a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor. I have 2 years of clinical experience working with injuries, injury prevention, motor vehicle accident injuries, workplace injuries and pre and post surgical rehabilitation. I also have sports experience working as a Sports Yoga Coach for Grassroots Canada, Crestwood Preparatory College and Western University Mustangs. I have a wide range of expertise and I am skilled in using these tools to design ideal programs for clients with general and specific fitness goals.

As of 2022, all services are offered virtually via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime with monthly drop ins to supply clients with the workout package for the month with workout equipment included and a Calendar (workout equipment can also be mailed if so desired)

Functional Fitness 1:1
Duration: 30 Mins
Cost: $35 per session
30 minutes of specialized exercises geared towards individual fitness goals varying from weight loss, strength and athletic training, flexibility and mobility training as well as general fitness personalized training. Two sessions weekly recommended
Corrective Exercises/ Rehab Services 1:1
Duration: 30 Minutes
Cost: $55 per sessions
30 minutes of exercises geared towards alleviating musculoskeletal pain and injury relief including but not limited to Functional Fitness Training, McKenzie Method Rehab Exercises and Yoga Therapy.
Yoga Session 1:1
Duration: 45 Minutes
Cost:$50 Per Session
Awaken and align your body with the rejuvenating Yoga session. This session will be 45 minutes in duration and will focus on breathing and postural awareness, proper spinal alignment and improving mobility and flexibility.
