Not exaggerating when I say she’s changed my life! I’ve been working with Ariana for just over two years now, first one-on-one and now in her small group training and it’s been one of the best decisions ever. I was SUPER nervous to start working out and had no experience beyond one sad 5k run clinic, but she is really approachable and helps make everything seem achievable and manages to push you without ever being pushy. Ariana is awesome at combining training and nutrition and wellness but tailored to your goals. She coached me through a half marathon and taught me I can do planks - believe when I say I’ve spent all my life believing both were impossible.
Her group training I HIGHLY recommend, especially if you’re just getting started with exercise - it’s not intimidating at all, it’s honestly so fun and you still get personal attention. This review is long overdue. I have been training with Mike for 5 or 6 months now, and can't even begin to describe what a great trainer he is. I have achieved massive size and strength gains under his guidance. More importantly, Mike is an even better person and friend. When you train at Forza, you feel like part of a family. Mike has been there every step of the way for me as I have rehabbed physical injuries, worked through neurological and coordination issues, and gained size and strength. For the newbies, don't let his impressive powerlifting background or garage gym feel intimidate you. I almost walked after my initial meeting with Mike as I wasn't interested in powerlifting. That would have been a huge mistake as Mike's knowledge, experience, and real and honest perspective is a huge asset no matter what your goals are. Keep up the great work brother!
I joined Tara Zorn Fitness bootcamp when I finally made the decision to commit to myself wholeheartedly. I shared with Tara my struggles and challenges. She said she was here for me. I signed my two boys up for Jiu-Jitsu two and a half years ago and have watched them progress in both physical fitness and confidence. Absolutely love this place! I was a spin virgin 9 days ago. I have been 7 out of 9 days in a row. I feel amazing and can already see the change in my body. Jim is a fantastic physiotherapist, very knowledgeable but also understanding and made sure I had all the information about my injury in terms I could understand. The extra time and care he took throughout the whole process will keep me going back and recommending the clinic to my colleagues, friends and family!
I can't reccomend VMB enough - the classes are always varied to keep the mind and body guessing. I love how deceptively simple exercises start off seeming impossible and then enter the realm of my capability. Natan and crew always support you where you are at and have one new step ready to add the moment you start getting comfortable. They take every exercise to the next level and I can't help but want to achieve that next step towards self mastery once they put it out there. There is a reason the people who come here are all regulars - they've all witnessed their own transformations first hand.
Erin helped me correct a pretty severe DR with a gentle, straightforward exercise plan. She did a thorough assessment of my issues and worked hard to get me to a point where my separation is minimal and I was pain free. Her holistic approach and expertise in maternal health is evident and I truly enjoyed our weekly seasons. I hands down would recommended Erin to any momma!
When I finish a days worth of work all I'm looking forward to is coming to Flex. It's my second home, my sanctuary, my ultimate favourite place to be. Amazing gym, clean and spacious! Has anything you'd need for a good workout and the trainers there really know their stuff. They can explain and go over every movement with you, not only details on your form but also what muscle groups it works on.

I can not thank Kelly enough, she has really helped me get over all the 'stupid' but 'real' blocks that were in the way of me and exercise. When going through the work out I really felt that Kelly pushed me just enough but not so much that it was overwhelming. I hold an image in my head that if exercise isn't HARD and boring then it doesn't count, but Kelly has really changed that for me. Thank you again so so so much!
I love this gym. Been going now for 3 years .. maybe this is my 4th? The equipment isn't that best, but for what you pay for a whole year its completely worth it. They slowly do things to make the gym a little better, a little cleaner.. I love it. I love my morning crew there. 5 Stars from me for price.
No Limits is a fantastic facility with great people, and with a great balance of competitive and a more low-key style atmosphere. The fact that they are 24 hours during the week is amazing, as it allows those doing shift work a chance to keep up with their goals any time of the day or night, and also for those who just can't sleep ;) I wish it would extend to the weekend as well, but still, I love the new hours. It also seems to help cut down on the wait times for equipment during the usual 'peak' hours prior to 24 hour extension.
If the upstairs change rooms/showers/steam rooms, etc could be made available 24 hours as well, that would be the icing on the cake.
It's great to see such a supportive atmosphere for everyone from the professional body builders to those of us who are still learning the ropes and working our way through our own fitness stories. If you are looking for the perfect gym in Kamloops, make No Limits your first stop!

Will really knows his stuff, and he has a wonderfully friendly, helpful, and professional attitude. He helped me so much with my shoulder pain. I used to swim competitively and had done some damage to my shoulders. I was also doing push-ups incorrectly for years (so I found out) and in the process had aggravated my ulnar nerve to the point that I was getting numbness and tingling in my ring and pinky fingers on my right hand. Will showed me how to do proper push-ups, and gave me some great stretches and exercises to rehab my shoulders. I no longer have any nerve pain, and I'm feeling stronger and more secure with my shoulder movements. Thank you Will!
I trained with Jen for about 6 months, when I started I didn't know anything about lifting weights and wasn't at all comfortable in the gym. Jen was always very patient and understanding, the workouts she prepared were always different and that helped keep me engaged, I really enjoyed learning new techniques. If I ever decide I need a trainer again I'll definitely go back to Jen!!
LOVE F45! I don’t think I would ever take the initiative to work out. The staff and owner here are nothing short of amazing, they push you, the whole team training environment is welcoming and encouraging. I’m seeing results faster than I could imagine. This is a life changer. If you haven’t signed up for F45, stop making excuses and just do it.

The trainers as well as the members are all friendly, supportive and super encouraging. No workouts are the same and always challenging. Have been to other gyms but keep coming back to All Out Fitness. Definitely the best group classes around :)
I have known Jai for more than 6 years and I have seen the dedication and drive that he puts into everything he does with his life. His passion for his own fitness goals overflows into his personal training. I have seen first hand the importance that he places on his clients goals and the time he spends figuring out the best way to motivate and educate those he works with. Jai hasn't lost sight of what brought him into the fitness industry in the first place and he is great at imparting his knowledge onto others.
Mma/kickboxing/Grappling is one of the best forms of exercise around, usually only hampered by being full of ego driven “bros” who try to injure newcomers, or ridicule their skill level. I can say that in the 21 years I have being doing this I have only come across two that are completely open environments for learning and training, and CJ’s is one of them. From a great range of classes, to training partners who are genuinely there to see everyone get better, you won’t be let down by coming in and trying it out.
Erin is amazing. I am not fond of exercise and yet she makes it such a great experience. She meets me where I am at and then asks for a bit more which has changed my relationship with working out for the better. She is the first trainer I have worked with who appreciates that I have preferences and she modifies some exercises to make them more appealing for me to do. She is truly outstanding at what she does and I feel super fortunate to have found her.
Rebekaah is an amazing personal trainer and a genuine person! She gives proper care and attention to you and your movements throughout each session. She pushes you to your limits and helps you improve not just your physical self, but your mental self as well. I would definitely recommend training with Rebekaah. I always look forward to my next training session with her!
Hello Everyone, I have only been going to Graham for 4 sessions and I am serious when I say that I already feel energized. I'm 56 and use to be a Letter carrier, so walking 12 miles a day took a toll on my feet. I now work in the plant sorting Parcels. I have felt so sluggish and down that I couldn't get back out on my route and walk. My daughters told me about Graham, and thought why not.
Graham is focused on helping me achieve the goals I want and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun) I have already seen improvement in my ability to complete more core exercises. I joined the gym 6 weeks after I had my first baby and it is by far the best fitness decision I have ever made, almost 4 years later I am still loving going! Forge houses a great community of people. Instructors - and importantly, other members - are super welcoming. As a boxer I didn't think I'd have much interest in the functional fit sessions but these guys have convinced me that rope climbs and olympic lifting can actually be pretty fun, in addition to having a boxing room that is never crowded. I've been working out at global for about 3 months now. This is not my first gym experience. I've found the staff to be friendly and the equipment is in very good shape with a huge facility. I'm on of the weekday pre 7 a.m attendees and it's pretty quiet then. Works well for me.
I love training kickboxing at DVSN! Prior to training with Dustin, I have never been motivated enough to stick with any type of workout for very long, but being pushed by someone with such a positive and motivating attitude towards fitness and life combined with a deep knowledge of the sport really helps me get the most out of my time and investment there. Very happy I found DVSN!
I recently injured myself at work. After seeing my GP it was recommended to me to try physiotherapy. I called Prime Physio to see if they had any available appointments. That phone call and every other interaction with the company has been exceptional. The efficiency and professionalism shown by all staff that I interacted with was above and beyond.
My appointment was scheduled with Tamara Umpherville. On the first visit Tamara conducted a thorough review of the workplace injury and asked all the questions that she needed to make a diagnosis. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough.
Tamara developed a treatment plan consisting of hands on treatments, traction and home exercises. The treatment was approximately 8 weeks and at every step I felt continuous improvement.
Tamara's demeanor and approach were always professional, caring and very informed.

Training with Scott has changed my life for the better. Making the decision to work with him was one of the best decisions of my life. Scott's passion for fitness and health, and his desire to make everyone who crosses his path a better person, mentally and physically, is what makes him such a good trainer. I have tried a few other personal trainers before i met Kenton and he made me realize what a good personal trainer really is. He does a great job of getting to know what your goals are and getting to know you on a personal level too. What sets him aside from other trainers is, he's very passionate about what he does and that passion just motivates you to become healthier and train harder. Hes been a man of word and has helped me with everything he told me he would. I would definitely recommend him for our all fitness goals !

Crossfit is something I never imagined myself doing, but I'm loving it! It is completely scaled to my own fitness level and the degree of personal attention, coaching, and modification to suit my level, is amazing. I go to this trainer patrick Liu 2 days a week and have been training month half and he has ultimately changed my life for the better! I was in the dumps had no nutritional clue and never had a clue how to count calories! Now i got 10 pounds off my body! An understanding trainer and someone who is not gonna be-little if i go over my calories but keeps me going! If you want someone you can count on and reach your ultimate goals i recommend Patrick! Want someone "where you gonna stay in the i wonder if ill reach my goals but it dont happen" then keep looking! I like most he texts and keeps me on track!
Not only is Kalan an excellent speaker but he has perfected a way to cleverly meld the science geek and the gym rat fandoms. I always listen in on what he has to say when I'm on my long road trips. I frequently have questions and he has helped shape and guide parts of my athletic journey. 10/10 would recommend.
I have been training here for just over a year. It is addictive and challenging. That being said it is also for all levels of fitness. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get fit and healthy. Tim is an amazing trainer who motivates, makes you laugh, and generally cares for your health. He will help you if you have any sort of injury and cater to your needs to make sure you are getting the safest and most effective workout. I'm so happy I was introduced to training here!!!

I went to Rehab and Performance with severe lower back pain. Epidural injections were no longer working and surgery was on the horizon. After just one appointment Stephen , Tasher, and Chris had a treatment plan delineated and put into motion. After months of pain , improvement in my condition was almost immediate . By the end of the program there was vast improvement in my mobility and pain levels.
I found them all to be caring , knowledgeable , and easy to be around. I highly recommend them.

Wow! I came here with the goal of building strength in my hamstrings and glutes and correcting hunched shoulders from cycling. I can still remember the first class I ever took with Catherine. I was hooked on the energy, enthusiasm, kindness, and gratitude that she gave with every class. Nearly 5 years later and I still look forward to every chance I can get to laugh, sweat, dance, and learn from the fantastic person that she is. I have always enjoyed physical activity. However, it can be difficult to make time for myself to be active. I have tried going to a gym and sticking to a routine and it just wasn't for me. I did not enjoy the environment and I always felt a little lost and overwhelmed. Through my training with Catherine, I feel comfortable in the space she has created and she is always coming up with new and exciting ways to help me build a stronger and healthier body.
I believe in working with different coaches to gain different perspectives. And working with Adam has been extremely helpful the past couple summers, now that I am getting older with age. He is able to balance speed, power and range of motion in his structured workouts. Adam offers attention to detail, an elite level work ethic, and the importance of focus and pushing yourself to your peak performance. The combination of an elite instructor and fun atmosphere provides his athletes with confidence and motivates them to do their best. Adam knows how to get the best out of his athletes!
Amazing classes and staff. When a person attends Grindhouse Athletics, they not only receive a remarkable increase in strength and stamina, but also an education in fitness and health that will last a lifetime!
Staff are very friendly and the climbing and setting is top notch. Would be 5 star if they had showers. Good espresso and gear for purchase at front desk with a wide range of branded clothing in the back. Full weight room upstairs, AC is a bit weak in weight room but there is a fan provided. Unsure as to what dress code is as some people climb shirtless and don't keep shoes on in climbing area.
