Started with Avos Strength because of tightness and discomfort in my neck and shoulder area. After a full assessment, Evelyn designed a full-body program to help address some of the asymmetries in my posture and in my body in general. She customized the program to work with the equipment I have at home and adapted the exercises to suit my fitness level. She changes up the exercises each month to keep things challenging and interesting.
One year later, and I feel younger. The tightness and discomfort in my neck and shoulder area are completely gone. My posture has noticeably improved, as has my strength. I am surprised by how much easier it is for me to move during dance and golf and life in general. My perception of my body and my abilities is also changing and I look forward to feeling even stronger as I continue to work with the Avos team.

I trained with Tim during the first half of 2025 and it was a great experience. I had done a little weight training before but wanted help with my form, and Tim really delivered. He helped me fix my technique, which has led to better results, fewer injuries, and more enjoyable workouts. He’s patient, explains things clearly, and makes sure you understand what muscles you’re working. Tim clearly pushes himself and he’ll also push you to get the most out of your training. I especially appreciate how creative he is in finding work arounds for injuries. You're never going to miss a work out if you don't want to with Amir. He'll find a way to modify an exercise so you still get a great work out, and that's hard to do with abdominal and back injuries. He approaches his coaching sessions like a physiotherapist: heavily influenced by kinesiology and very balanced. As a mobile clinic, you don't need to visit a busy waiting room to see us - we come to you! Our Practitioners will wear PPE if requested and we encourage team members to monitor for symptoms and take time off work if sick.
