I help people to realize that personal training is a requirement for a better life. To obtain more energy, a fit body, the ability to play with their grand-children, go on holidays and achieve mental stability, they need it; period.

Strength and conditioning is a great way to transform your body and get huge results! Guess what? You don’t have to be an athlete to experience the benefits of strength and conditioning. It encompasses so much more than just lifting weights and focuses on a variety of tools to improve movement, health and physical performance.

It also you will benefit cover mastering the movement of exercise, i.e. how to perfect a push up, squat, overhead press. Work them from the inside out correct form, proper technique. This will enhance your performance on the playing field or on the hiking trail.

My nutrition coaching program is broken down into 3 easy-to-manage and follow categories to ensure you reach your desired destination weight or adding muscle loosing belly fat or toning up.

Food Tracking: I will teach you how to use a trusted food tracking process- methodology so we can see your nutrition habits and provide feedback in real time.

Accountability: The key to your success in nutrition is clear goals and knowing that I will be there to hold you accountable and support you along the way.

Sustainability: Nutrition is not be an all or nothing proposition. I will help you make changes that are realistic for you to accomplish and sustain for the long term.

The goal of any rehabilitation program is to restore function and movement to the greatest degree in the shortest period of time, regardless of the injury history. It also helps people return to their normal function with minimal risk of re-injury. Regardless of what your conditions is, I will teach you two core principles.

1. The fundamentals of how tissues respond to physical stress

2. How mechanical loading, is helpful in achieving a balance between stabilizing an injured tissue.
De-training

What is de-training? De-training is to ensure we are not repeating the same bad habits that may have caused the injury in the first place. I’ll teach you how to train properly so you don’t hurt yourself going forward.

As a former 400 hundred meter athlete and national champion in Ireland, I’m well aware of how impactful sports specific training can be. The proper routine and training helped me shave a second off my time and resulted in winning a national championship.
