I am a shift worker who works both day and night 12hr shifts. My schedule is constantly changing. I need help getting motivated to get active and fit. In the last 3 years I have gained 40 lbs. NOT ok with this. I know I need to focus on my diet as well, but I find I am better with that when I am being active and working out as well. I’m open to training sessions at my apartment gyms, the track down the street from my apartment or even hikes etc.
