I met Will earlier in the year looking to increase my own personal strength, flexibility, and weight. He was able to identify the issues I was having with my life style and counsel me with habit changes. For our sessions he created detailed work-outs and exercises designed for the biggest gains with the lowest risk of injury. He also introduced new techniques that helped me focus and maintain the improvements I was making. With his guidance I was able to attain the most progress I've ever made, in the shortest amount of time, and kept it. With all the challenges of the past year, Will has been adaptable and accomodating.

Will always seems to have a passion helping his clients achieve their goals. A true professional.

Both myself and my wife engaged Head2Toe Fitness about 4 months ago. From the initial meetings and assessments we were both very comfortable with Will. My wife was slightly anxious about engaging a trainer, but immediately on meeting Will was totally comfortable. His personality and tailored approach to the training program for her has made her a big fan, and has recommended him to her friends. I personally find how Will adapts sessions from one to the next is really getting me maximum benefits. I met Will a few months after my first son was born in 2014. My first impression of him was that he was very energetic and professional.

Will has been my go-to trainer ever since and I would not change to anyone else. My body feels better than ever.

My first goal was to get my body back and lose the extra pounds post-pregnancy only to see myself becoming fitter, stronger, and better looking BEFORE I had a baby. That wasn’t even a goal that just happened!

I didn’t only lose all the extra pounds and more from two pregnancies but gained confidence in myself with more energy to do things. I became my best self following his fitness regimen and diet tips.

Will is an excellent trainer. I’ve come to him for different programs over the last 8 years, including heavy weight training, high-intensity interval/fat loss programs as well a nutrition/meal plan when I first used his services. Most of my experience has been 1-1 but I have taken part in his group classes as well. He is professional, easy to communicate with and is very conscious of injuries or mobility issues (I had a sports-related shoulder injury years ago). Highly recommend him. More...
