What a journey. Great coaching and leadership nothing but encouragement from the beginning. The workouts fit my lifestyle and I have now lost a total of 22 pounds. I haven’t been in this kinda shape probably never and I was an athlete my whole life. I am 52 now and feel like I am 30. If anyone is looking to change their way of life this is the place to do it. Brad has been nothing but incredible to work with. Went in with weaker knees due to not properly rehabbing them, and every week I can feel the strength improvements. This goes for everything physically. Never did I think I needed a trainer until I got one. Quite knowledgeable on everything from workouts, to food (macros-what to avoid), to recovery. I only provide services online. I have an app I had built for me and assign your exercise program and meal plan through the app. I also have a very interactive Facebook group/ family that is super supportive and even can arrange workouts with people in your area

I’m online but can provide home or outdoor workouts if the gym is not for you.
