How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through education on; nutrition, macronutrients, water intake and sleep. As well as a balanced training program consisting of resistance training, cardiovascular exercise and functional training. Each program is tailor fit to your goals, current level of fitness, schedule and equipment.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Strength training and proper nutrition. Whether it is to add muscles mass or achieve a weight loss goal, resistance training and proper caloric intake and macro distribution are the keys.

Seeing so many personal trainers doing the wrong things and even hurting people cause of Lack of knowledge

I only provide services online. I have an app I had built for me and assign your exercise program and meal plan through the app. I also have a very interactive Facebook group/ family that is super supportive and even can arrange workouts with people in your area

I’m online but can provide home or outdoor workouts if the gym is not for you.
