How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Initially I will assess you to see where you are at physically and mentally and then develop a plan for you. I use a mix of styles to keep your training exciting and fun rather than sticking to some strict set of work outs to be repeated endlessly. While training can be hard sometimes if it is fun it will help keep you motivated to keep coming and achieve your goals.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no secret, any one who says other wise is trying to sell you something. Its simply a matter of staying consistent and eating reasonably well.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing the progress in my students and clients because with out this it might not be worth it.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The freedom to make my own schedule doing what I enjoy.

Why should our clients choose you?

The variety of skills I posses is more than just a regular trainer. My martial arts background allows me to change things up a bit making things more interesting. While I am not a certified nutritionist I can also give you tips on your diet and lifestyle outside of your training sessions. Do not just train with someone who can get results, train with someone who lives the lifestyle as well.
