Natasha was very professional and organized. She contacted me the same day and had in-person meet and greet few days after. She was very polite and eager to understand everything about my son, whom is her client. We discussed in detail all the areas of development required and how she would approach the training. Making a decision on what your long and short-term goals are that you are visualizing, then having the consistency, support, knowledge, mindset, and intrinsic motivation to reach those goals.

I love getting to know my clients, seeing the progress they make and the happiness and fulfillment they have with the results. Having fun while getting the work in!

I design programs specific to my client's needs. Giving them the support, knowledge, guidance, and skills so they reach those desired goals. Making each session interesting, challenging, functional, and fun. I will also offer nutrition tips as nutrition + physical fitness are a team effort.

I can travel to my client's home (location depending), train clients online via Zoom, or train clients in person at my home gym as an option.

I am fully vaccinated, and I wipe down all equipment after each client. If possible, we train outside in the fresh air as well if weather permits.
