How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I work with clients of all abilities and provide adaptive personal training that reaches client goals and translates into daily life and recreation.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping others accomplish their goals as well as being able to support others and be creative/think outside the box in order to best serve my clients. In addition, I love hearing about my clients accomplishments that they experience in daily life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

One of my clients who is in the later stages of Parkinson's Disease did not believe that he was capable of leaving his apartment to get outdoors and enjoy recreation. Upon informing him about outdoor hiking programs , he went on a hike in an all-terrain adaptive mobility aid. This experience helped him to realize that with proper physical training and resources, anyone can enjoy their passions and activities. Shortly after, I founded Active Enabled Vancouver to ensure no one feels that they are incapable of enjoying our beautiful city and accomplishing their goals.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Absolutely, I provide services online, outdoors, and in-home.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I respect individual comfort levels, wear PPE, sanitize equipment in between clientele, offer virtual training and am double vaccinated.
