Parfois les nouvelles mamans se sentent un peu submergées, surtout quand nos petits ont des moments difficiles. C'est vraiment le fun de voir que ce studio encourage les mamans à se sentir bien à l'aise tout en les encourageant à se garder en forme! Bravo et merci encore!
Finally, a place that just has the perfect formula and unique! Holistic! Plus, shower heaven! I took the signature class with Matt after spending 3 weeks mostly in bed due to a chronic illness. I went and not only was it everything that I needed, but it was VERY manageable and I was super happy, smiling. It's the best addiction. I went the next day to another noon signature class, this time with Josh. At the beginning of the class, he described it as a kick boxing - meditation workout and let me tell you, he worked our brains, coordination, was there ensuring everyone is following properly. Very encouraging (all of them!) A lot of one on one, specifics, and we worked out on the beat of Motown on this fine Sunday. The shower is just heaven. They look better than my own home and the rain head gives a great massage after the workout! Congratulations on an AMAZING place, beautiful and with wonderful HUMANS! Go you!!! I became a fan of this gym Very clean hip fun place to work out and make new friends. Their music choices change room to sauna and cafe everything is in-synch with style. Also great team of trainers. My man Alex you rock !!! Very friendly staff and heart of mile end.
A while ago I had fractured my knee cap and was in a lot of pain, unable to work or go to the gym. Since I am an active person, this was especially hard for me. Almost immediately after starting physiotherapy at AMS I felt better because I felt I was getting good treatment and the staff seemed both qualified, patient and caring. I was therefore able to trust them to help me. Over time, I noticed that by constantly doing the exercises there were many small improvements in my ability to do more. I felt that the staff would push me just the right amount to help me make progress but not too much that I was in agony. The pain also started to slowly subside and I am doing so much better now.
Ça fait bientôt un an que j’ai débuté l’entraînement avec Nicolas d’abord en groupe et ensuite en ajoutant un suivi personnalisé et l’alimentation cétogène. Résultat, 25 livres en moins depuis janvier et je me sens rajeunie de quelques années mon objectif n’est pas encore atteint mais ça s’en vient!
What can I say I came with an open mind saying I can do this how hard can it be well at 6 weeks almost to a finish i have to admit that the word challenge is what it is but in the end is all worth it people,staff, environment as a hole is great energy and positivity is what is her and thats y iam going for another challenge ty
Conveniently located on the first floor of the Broccolini Building in Kirkland...it makes for an ideal location to work out during lunch hour. If you need a massage, an appointment will get you a therapist in house right beside the gym.
We decided to jump in and sign up for the workouts at Orange Theory just before they opened. It was the best decision we could make for our health. The coaches are great to motivate, push us further to reach our goals and not to forget with a good dose of humor ;) The staff and Stephane are also really nice.

I have booked numerous sessions with Vanessa over the past years. She has helped me identify what food triggers I should avoid for better gut health. She’s also helped me eat well & be conscious of my food choices during my pregnancy. Overall, Vanessa and the motive nutrition team are always there to answer and question, and get you to feeling the best version of you. You cannot go wrong.
My husband and I stopped in here on a road trip to Montreal, and we had a blast! Chris was a great coach, the members were very welcoming, and the programming seemed very well done. Gorgeous, and very spacious crossfit gym as well. If we lived in Longueuil, we would definitely join! � Thanks for having us!

I love the atmosphere @ Paradigm. The staff's dedication is par excellence and everyone is super friendly. They tailor the programs to everyone's needs and ability. I was never a gym goer before and I never enjoyed training in any gym. But that was before I signed up to Paradigm. At Paradigm time goes by fast and I can even say I started to like working out. I have become much stronger and energetic. The whole team ( Jean, Dane, Nicole and Maraika) is simply amazing.Their encouraging words are always sweet to hear and I do my best at my own pace. All around great coach! From weightlifting, strength to gymnastic movements, I've learned so much from him during the past year. My objectives and training needs have changed over time and he reflected those perfectly in my programming (which is very often elegant). Without any doubts, he greatly contributed in making a better and stronger version of myself! I recommend Guillaume without reservation.
While on vacation in Montreal, I found CrossFit CAPOP online and made a reservation for my wife and I to attend a 8am class. It felt like I was in my box at home. Alex Chiaudano, our class instructor, demonstrated the finer points of the dead lift pull with excellence and great detail. As a long time lifter and english only speaker, I was able to understand exactly what Alex was conveying throughout his instruction. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The members of the class were also very friendly and offered the traditional CrossFit "Fist-bump" at the end of the class. I'm returning for another class tomorrow and would highly recommend CrossFit CAPOP to anyone on travel or stay. Thanks for a great workout!

Great staff, good equipment and enough space when it's not busy. Only two bench press benches and two bench squat rack. The biggest negative aspect of this gym is the schedule ; it closes at 9pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends.
Kyle is amazing, helpful and kind! Kyle helped me with a kick-start program in order to gain weight and strength. I have zero complaints about his method or him! He is very genuine & realistic about what is possible for you to achieve. I highly recommend Kyle, as a personal trainer, to anybody who seeks a knowledgeable coach & a good trainer! Oh, and did I mention that he is plant-based? WIN!
