My original target was driven purely by weight loss, but now I really enjoy strength training and learning about nutrition and how to use it in my benefit. This is why I always go through a 20-30 min consultation call at first, in order to determine if that person is the right fit for my programs.

I am a believer that everyone should enjoy exercising and get fitter, stronger and happier. It is my responsibility to help you achieve those goals even if you only have 10 minutes to spare per day. Trust me that can be enough!

I have been into fitness since I was a little boy. This is not just a job for me it's a passion I like sharing and helping others as well.
Having worked for big corporations, I know how precious time can be. This is why all my plans are tailored to each individuals needs and schedule it's not a generic workout plan. I'm of the idea that people should enjoy this new change their going through and not see it as another to do task.

My services are mainly online. Once you sign up for any of my programs, you get access to my application where you will find your tailored workout and nutrition plan waiting for you. Daily motivation, daily habits and other rewards are included to make this virtual experience as personal as possible.
On top of all these, I personally contact daily all my clients to motivate them, keep them accountable, encourage them or simply just to say a hi.

One of the reasons I provide online services is to keep everyone safe and at the same time help my clients get the results they would if they were training in person.
