I trained with Meaghan right before she pursued her career in Montreal. She was absolutely great! When constructing my meal plans, she took into consideration my Filipino background and tailored many of my meals to my fit my taste preferences! She’s patient and a pleasant person to work with! I was having a hard time sticking to a healthy diet. I ordered a meal plan from Meaghan and found the recipes quick, easy and delicious. She worked with ingredients that I already enjoyed, and introduced me to new options as well! There was lots of variety incorporated in the plan she made me! I would definitely recommend her services! More...

Q&As

I start by educating the client on proper nutrition. My approach towards nutrition is a flexible one. I want you to be able to still enjoy the foods you love while achieving your goals AT THE SAME TIME. My training style is a combination of strength training and circuit training. I find this style of training has yielded the best results for my clients.

I got serious with my nutrition. Once I changed the way I ate I started seeing results. I found ways to make the foods I love more macro friendly/healthier. I dropped the "all or nothing" mindset towards food. Once I started incorporating strength training I started seeing major results.

As someone who has struggled with an eating disorder, I love having the opportunity to help others. I also love teaching people about health and fitness. I always try to explain the science of exercise and nutrition to my clients. That way they have the tools they need to succeed even without me.

When I received my personal training certification I applied for training jobs. I noticed that the majority of personal training jobs were focused on sales experience and not actual health&fitness qualifications. I am someone who has hired trainers/coaches in the past. I know what it's like to be a client. The trainer/coach has the obligation to ensure they are giving scientifically correct information to their clients. I wanted to be one of those trainers without the pressure of focusing only on sales.

I can relate to most of the clients that I have. I know what it's like to be overweight, struggle with an injury, and have an autoimmune disorder which slows down my metabolism.

I also have years of experience in strength training. Specifically barbell training. I also have more of an in-depth knowledge of nutrition than the average trainer.

Yes I can. I provide online training via live video and/or personalized programming.

I am vaccinated. The gyms I work out of are not commercial gyms. They are private gyms. There is a max of 5 people in the gym at a time (only for the small group training)
