What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people recovering from their injuries and pain that they never thought could improve. The body is spectacularly made in such a way there are so many ways to treat it, and my hopes are to learn as many techniques to help it recover adequately.

Also, I love exercise training! I am an enthusiast of high-intensity-interval training (HIIT) and I thrive on pushing past my limits to achieve new fitness goals I never thought possible. Simple, fast, effective workouts is what i specialize in, and I hope to give my clients good results without beating around the bush!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I believe that having my own business allows me to cater more to my clients than if part of a larger corporation whose goal really is to make as much money as possible. Having my own business allows me to do what I love, treat people with the respect they deserve, and have fun with rehab and exercise!

Every service will be provided using the videoconferencing platform 'Zoom'. The meeting ID and Passcode will be provided to the client before each scheduled appointment. The client is required to have a stable internet connection.

- Physical Therapy Evaluations and Treatments will be 50 mins long.
- High-Intensity Workout sessions will be either 25 or 55 mins. long (depending on what the client chooses)
