Fitness is a process that requires Commitment, Effort, effective Coaching, Persistence and Patience. I teach and help clients to stay motivated and on track toward their goals.

I have taught literally thousands of training sessions and classes and seeing someone succeeding and enjoying the process, stokes my desire to continue doing what I enjoy.

I like to create an environment that provides clients with the ideal setting to achieve their success. Sometimes I am Training online, sometimes on the road and sometimes in studio. Whichever is a best fit for a given client.

Results Focused: It's all about finding the right personality match and it helps that I have stellar credentials and ton's of experience. I'm easy going and professional, but that doesn't mean you won't be training hard*....you will. (* don't worry I match your program to your needs and ability)

Having a better understanding of good nutritional and exercise habits is a key to wellbeing. I can help guide you in both these areas.

You might want to focus on getting stronger, losing some weight or gaining better flexibility to improve your fitness and I can help you do that.

After physio has finished a well designed fitness program can help ypu recover. Maybe a medical practitioner recommends that you do some form of training (get stronger, core strength, balance or stretching). I can help.
