I've been training with AGM multiple times a week since summer 2022 and absolutely love the experience. After trying for a while to find a trainer that I connected with she instantly knew how to build programs that were engaging, challenging and fit my goals. I've seen big improvements in my form, strength and physique and more than that genuinely get excited for every training (even at 7am!). I was always one of those "roll my eyes "ok fiiiiine I'll workout" kind of people, never really pumped pre sessions. Adelaide has really changed the way i see work-outs. She always changes it up, makes it interesting and adapts to my own needs (and with chronic vertigo and pelvic floors issues, I got a few).

I listen to my clients. With an initial intake I will listen to how your current situation is making you feel and by understanding your likes and dislikes, what has not worked in the past and what motivates you, I will work with you to create a plan that you actually enjoy and can adhere to long-term.

The key to getting the body of your dreams is loving and accepting the one you already have. Which is easier said than done but once you love yourself and see how much your mind and body are capable of, you'll realize you've always had the body of your dreams. Stay consistent and trust the process.
