Marcus is a great motivator and really helped me on my fitness journey through the pandemic. He personalized workouts in such a way that I was able to improve not just my strength and stamina, but also my kick-boxing ability to the point where I've gained the confidence to spar. I highly recommend Marcus for anyone, whether you're looking to get in shape or to actually learn how to strike. More...

Working with Chino Fit has been an amazing experience. Not only is he knowledgeable and skilled in boxing and muay thai, but he has a way of making each workout challenging and fun. He always pushes me to be my best, but also takes the time to ensure that I am using proper form to avoid injury. He is also very patient and understanding. In addition to his expertise in physical fitness, he is also very supportive and encouraging, which has been a key factor in helping me stay motivated. Overall, I highly recommend this personal trainer and martial artist to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness and martial arts skills. More...

Knowledgeable, personable, patient and fun. These are the 4 words that come to mind describing Marcus.
He pushes me to improve after each session, focusing on quality strikes and building my fighting IQ.

One of my best sparring partners, Marcus is as good as they come. I think what makes him so good is because he’s still in the gym working everyday. You’re getting better because he’s getting better. I learn something new from him every time. He’s a real talent. More...

Q&As

Patience, Perseverance, and Practicality.

Patience: Be willing to be consistent in training and disciplined with nutrition.

Perseverance: The willingness to work hard and overcome mental and physical resistance.

Practicality: Understanding a true body transformation takes time and effort.

Apart from helping people achieve fitness goals, it's mostly the intangible benefits: helping them unleash inner confidence.

Experience. I have over 15+ years of training and coaching experience in different modalities and settings from helping clients add 10-15lbs of muscle mass, increasing freedom of movement, and teaching a new martial arts discipline.

I'm open to offering services remotely but training in person yields the greatest results.
