How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Our body needs proper intake of nutrients to survive. What we feed it can determine the condition of our health. A nutritious, adequate, balanced diet, and an active lifestyle can improve health and well-being substantially. It may lower the chances of incurring a variety of illnesses.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been and athlete since childhood to adulthood. It was a natural transition from sports to owning my own personal-training business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Safety and practicality is important to me. I prefer to have a close look at how my clients perform their exercises so that I may immediately correct their technique and prevent potential damage.

I prefer in-person workouts where I can personally see what the client(s) is doing to help them achieve their goals effectively and safely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
It is not healthy to workout with a mask. However, all clients must be vaccinated. It is possible to workout while engaging in physical distancing, but is open for discussion between client and trainer.

Nutritional Consulting and Meal Planning for women over 35 in Toronto.
The consultation entails a review of your nutritional habits and lifestyle, exploring your health issues and take into account any current medications and medical issues.
Food consumption should be enjoyable! As a result, a customized traditional or cultural-cuisine meal plan is designed to meet your nutrition goals.
A follow-up meeting will be conducted two to four weeks after the initial consultation to examine how the meal plan is working for you, and make any adjustments. The meeting can take place over the phone or in person.
