Weekly sessions in which we partner to get to the heart of the issue, and make the plan to achieve your goal. Includes weekly text messages for encouragement and/or accountability (optional).
Mindset Change $500
This is a 3 month commitment to make lasting change in your life. Weekly sessions, support through texts and emails that will move you to your desired change.
