Very quick to respond to initial enquiry.
I was anxious about my first leap into therapy but when meeting Aice she quickly made me feel very relaxed and positive.

Supporting people to find the best way forward for them.

Recognising that throughout my career as a social worker and mental health worker I had developed many skills that I wanted to formalise by training as a therapist. I currently work part-time as an Immediate Support Counsellor for an employee assistance programme, where I support several clients a day who are struggling with issues ranging from anxiety and depression, drug and alcohol issues, relationship concerns, loneliness, bereavement, and clients who are in extreme distress. The next logical step for me was to develop my private practice in order to support people in a more structured way.

Why choose me? Because I am an empathic and caring person who is there to listen. Because I have several years experience supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing. Because I know, from personal experience and my work with clients, that therapy works, and I want to share that knowledge and experience with you.

I can provide counselling sessions remotely, via Zoom or telephone.

I am currently not seeing clients face-to-face. I will resume face-to-face sessions once government guidelines indicate it is safe to do so.
