We offer the highest quality psychological therapy from a team of 30 experienced and fully accredited psychologists and therapists - many of whom are specialists in their field.
We have expertise in working with every type of psychological problem; for adults, children, couples and families. We can help with the full range of psychological problems, including anxiety, depression, panic, relationship problems, work stress, health anxiety, anger, eating disorders, OCD, phobias, PTSD, trauma, abuse, self-esteem, work, emotional crises, bereavement and self-development. We also help people build emotional resilience, improve self-esteem, encourage self-awareness and improve confidence.
It is important that you find a therapist who specialises in the areas in which you are having difficulties. It can be daunting to find a therapist who is right for you but we do our utmost to make it as easy as possible. Our phone lines are open from 9am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and from 11am to 4pm on Sundays. Only therapists take the calls.
