Caroline recently helped me a lot with just one hypnotherapy session, following a recent stressful event and some lasting trauma meant I was experiencing lots of anxiety. Caroline was really in tune with what I needed from the session, it was very gentle (being heavily pregnant Caroline understood how sensitive I am). I felt super comfortable, so relaxed and feel much calmer ever since. Thank you! x

I had wanted to do yoga for many years, but had never had the courage to find myself a class until I became pregnant last year. I started classes when I was 18 weeks and Linda encouraged me to join a class with other women with a similar due date to me.
At every stage of my pregnancy, Linda was attentive to my needs and helped me and the rest of the class exercise safely. These classes were also excellent preparation for birth as the all important breathing techniques that I found the NHS simply do not provide were regularly covered and I found them to be invaluable during my birthing experience. I was able to use them to control my pain and consequently gave birth without the use of drugs - something I'm sure I would not have done had I not had the correct training throughout my pregnancy!
I have also found these classes to be invaluable when it came to meeting other mothers. Each week, we would share baby news, which meant that we gradually got to know each other. As a class, we all came back after all the babies were born and did the baby massage and baby yoga class together - something my son has thoroughly enjoyed and continues to do so as the songs we learned helped to make the yoga fun and really forge a bond between the two of us - one song in particular is nearly always guaranteed to evoke a smile and even end tears! Five months later and my class are still meeting up weekly - I've just finished clearing up after hosting today's get-together!
Four months after birth, I started a 'normal' yoga class and Linda has continued to be caring and supportive in my bid to shape up, always advising me on how to exercise safely, but also encouraging me to push myself and try new things.
I have only positive things to say about Linda and the yoga experience she provides for all the life stages I have experienced, but particularly during my pregnancy. If you are expecting a baby, you will find that yoga is a fantastic way to bond with your baby and prepare you for

I am an Integrative Counsellor. I offer counselling support to clients experiencing difficulties in their life, whether short term; Such as grief, anxiety, redundancy, divorce, relationship breakdown, new parent or depression. Or longer term issues such as low self esteem, lack of confidence, anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness, just not feeling right, addictions: alcohol issues, gambling, affairs.
Do you sometimes feel like a jumbled up like a spool of tangled string and feeling stuck. You have options. You have taken the first brave steps, to resolve your issues. Sometimes we are fearful of the future and other times in despair and at a point of hopelessness. At times the anxiety is gripping and can affect, not just our thoughts and emotions, it can also lead to changes in our bodies. I work with: Panic attacks Anxiety Depression Relationships Loss Emotional trauma Chronic illnesses I am an integrated therapist and coach, and my work with you is underpinned by empathy, non-judgement and compassion. I can work with you, whether you are experiencing an emotional issue or relational conflict, a physical chronic condition that may have an underlying emotional source, or unresolved trauma. About me Before training as a therapist, I ran creative agencies and start-ups in London and New York, as I had my own anxiety around belonging and being enough. It didn’t help and I often felt worse, regardless of failure or growth. I internalised my anxiety and had debilitating chronic back pain for three years, with scheduled corrective back surgery. I also had a chronic untreatable autoimmune skin condition called Lichen Planus, which caused intolerable itchy skin rashes, restricting my life activities. Through therapy and medical hypnosis both conditions were fully resolved. Having been through the other side of both experiences, I want to support others who are struggling with emotional health, mental health and chronic health conditions. Why me 6 years counselling experience, Volunteered with the AA Former Trustee for The Drug and Alcohol Foundation. I use a mixture of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic, transactional analysis, gestalt, existential, CBT, solution focused therapy, compassion focused therapy, and coaching. Married for 24 years, with two teenage boys, a Zen Buddhist, and musician. Using talking therapy and coaching with people and seeing them transform their suffering and become flourishing individuals.
You may be experiencing:
Anxiety
Depression
Relationship conflicts
Confidence and self worth issues
Addictions
Loss and bereavement
Unhealed trauma (including sexual, childhood, abuse, neglect)
Lacking meaningful purpose and direction
Physical chronic illnesses such as back pain, skin conditions which may have an emotional source
I have seen many clients experience the above and see their lives improve and thrive. This is why I am a therapist.
Many people are hurting emotionally, mentally or physically and despite leaps in technology, our mental health seems to be spiralling south. If someone were to ask me about my perfect day, it wouldn’t be about sitting on the beach drinking endless Mojitos, it would include working with clients and seeing their lives improve.
I’m a person who for the longest time wanted to feel like I belonged, and enough. So I embarked on the journey of career success and accomplishment, building consultancy and creative businesses in NY and London. It didn’t help and I often felt worse, regardless of failure or high growth. I equated that the more successful I would be, the more I would feel belonging. That didn’t happen.
I internalised my anxiety and had such chronic back pain for three years, I couldn’t walk down the street with my kids, could only fly standing up and scheduled corrective back surgery, Years later I had a chronic autoimmune skin condition called Lichen Planus, which caused intolerable itchy rashes across my skin, restricting my life activities. My consultant confirmed it is untreatable. Through self awareness, therapy, medical hypnosis and career changes, both of these long term chronic conditions were fully resolved.
Having been through the other side of both experiences, I want to support others who are struggling with emotional health, mental health and chronic health conditions.
Seeing someone go from suffering, experience healing and start moving in the direction of their dreams is priceless.
I care about people and want to see your life transform and flourish. You’ve taken the first brave step towards improving your life, I would like to meet you halfway, through compassion, empathy, non judgement and unconditional regard.
I am a qualified British Association Counselling Pyschotherapist (BACP level 7) and a member of the BACP coaching division.
I am an integrative therapist and coach, which means I am skilled in using different modalities (person centred, psycho-dynamic, gestalt, CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy, existential and solution focused therapy) for the individual I am working with, rather then being prescriptive with only one approach.
I use counselling therapy to work with someone who is struggling emotionally, mentally or even physically, so they can heal and rebalance. I use coaching to support them to move in the direction of their preferred future.
I have over 6 years of counselling experience, working with individuals, relationship counselling, anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, addictions, trauma and chronic physical conditions.
I have also worked as a volunteer for Alcoholics Anonymous and 3 years as a Trustee for the Drug and Alcohol Foundation.
I have lived in three different continents, 52 years old, married for 24 years with two teenage boys. I have experienced in myself, my relationships and in running business (in London and NY), success and failure, loss and triumph, debilitating self doubt and the right degree of confidence, anxiety that has physically crippled me and through therapy completely healed, depression to the extent I did not want to wake up the next morning, and deep contentment and joy, racism and prejudice, community and belonging and meaning. Why am I sharing this? Because I am perfectly imperfect and although I have not had the same experiences as you, I can empathically relate, and confident together we can work towards a life of less surviving or striving, and one towards thriving.
Since the pandemic, I have found clients prefer to work online. I also have a physical clinic in SW London. Some of my clients prefer to meet in nature and prefer to walk and in talk in parks such as Regents Park or Richmond Park.
As I'm online, infection from Covid-19 is not a safety concern.
