What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
'Rome wasn't built in a day!' The secret to getting in good shape is about consistent small actions applied for a long time. Most people in fitness are always looking for the silver bullet, the 6 minute ab routine, and the 4 week to a 6-pack program. These are all marketing hype and send the wrong message to the public. The trick is to apply small health and fitness behaviours consistently over time through the use of a well designed and monitored training and nutrition program.
What do you love most about your job?
The look on someones face when they perform a movement that they never thought they could. It is the shattering of the limiting beliefs people have after succeeding with their goals that is the most rewarding. Whether that is that I will never be able to fit into those clothes, or do a pull up, or run/move without pain or do a handstand etc.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love for movement and physical training. Being a personal trainer allowed me to turn my passion into a career, something that most people are not fortunate enough to have. After a short stint in the corporate world I realised that I had no passion for the work I was doing. Fitness and health was always an area where I was excited to study without being forced to.
Why should our clients choose you?
I live and breathe what I do, I am a constant learner and pride myself on always being on the cutting edge of new training practices. I have a very high attention to detail and my clients have my utmost focus. You won't see me on my phone checking social media instead of helping you to reach your goals.

I can provide services online, but I prefer to do some in person training if possible to give the client the best service and attention.

Injury Rehabilitation
I have done extensive international training on postural restoration and movement correction. My specialty is helping injured clients get back to full function and participating in an active lifestyle.
Nutritional Coaching
For those clients that wish to lose fat or build muscle, I provide an individualised eating framework to help clients balance their lifestyles of eating out/indulging with the attainment of their body composition goal. Changing behaviours around food should not always be a chore.
